The guy working behind the counter is so rude this morning at 9:45. So I order my food then paid for it with a large fountain drink. The the he like oh the fountain machine not working. So why did you let me up charge my meal to a large drink if the machine is out. The when he gives me the cup if the fountain machine is out let get a bottle soda. Then I was like at is the ice machine working. The worker says yes and then tells me I can’t keep the cup to get ice cause he’s letting me take a soda bottle. Like really. I told bim a sign should be up saying out of service. You already up charged my drink now I can’t get ice. This subway has horrible service

I’ve never been to a subway that puts 6 slices of pepperoni on a pepperoni-only footlong sandwich. Paying $11 for bread and 6 slices of pepperoni is ridiculous. Employee was rushing to make the sandwich the entire time. I never take the time to write a review unless I see a serious issue. Go to other local subways.

His way of talking was professional yet personable, and he made the entire ordering process smooth and enjoyable. Sameer took the time to ensure my order was perfect, all while engaging in a pleasant conversation that brightened my day.
It’s not often you come across such dedicated and friendly service in fast food. Sameer’s positive attitude and exceptional customer service are commendable. He truly enhances the experience at Subway, and I highly recommend visiting this location to experience his outstanding service for yourself.

Ordered on the subway app and received the wrong order upon pickup. Asked for the correct item and staff member was not willing to correct it. Asked for manager/boss and then after hearing the whole story the manager allows her to correct the order 30 minutes later. Will not be going here again … staff is not customer service friendly and will not admit to their mistakes. They rather lose a customer instead of using the opportunity to correct their mistake and keep the customer happy.

I just wanted my sandwich, not attitude. I won’t take it to heart as I just wanted my sub. Although the person working late night had a face like “why am I here”. Perhaps he had a bad day, but don’t bring your things from home to work and vice versa.

Rude staff, cannot follow simple directions on orders. Loads sandwiches with tons of sauce if you ask for a little bit. Forgets to put items in the bag. DO NOT COME TO THIS SUBWAY EVER

Food is good, place is spacious and clean. I was disappointed they didn’t take coupons. I went specifically to Subway to use it on my meal break at work. If you can’t use a coupon at all locations when it is a chain restaurant then I don’t see the point in making coupons.

Unfortunately, this extended stay has over extended its stay and welcome in the hospitality business. The place might have been a diamond in its prime, but it has now reverted back to its original form of coal. It was rundown with furniture, appliances, and infrastructure in much need of repair. The environment surrounding the building was a little scary upon my arrival with my family as there seemed to be a hobo party going on in the parking lot. My advice to you is stay away or even run away. If you stay here, you won’t respect yourself in the morning.
