Definitely the worst Wendy’s I have been to! Ordered 2 biggie bags. 2 different sandwiches and 2 different drinks. Got the same thing for both. All the food was cold. Service was super slow even though there were no other customers. Girl on the drive thru had an attitude and wouldn’t even finish our order! She had someone else finish it! I can say the person that finished our order was nice at least. But this place all in all is horrendous

I AM SO DISAPPOINTED DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDYS IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! First we asked for a 4 for $4 they didn’t have it that’s okay i guess but then we asked for ketchup and THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY and then after that we asked for NAPKINS AND GUESS WHAT.. they didn’t have any and the lady didn’t even apologize. I got my food and opened up my burger and the first thing I saw was that meat was slid off the bun and the fries were very tasteless and dry it was HORRIBLE. I took a sip of my sweet tea to wash down the burger and then TEA WAS VERY VERY SWEET it’s too sweet I can’t drink it. Overall this was horrible and even my sister burger was bad especially the meat was cold and the sandwich was hard and flaky here’s a picture of hers. This Wendy’s need to completely be taken down .. NEVER AGAIN.

We picked some quick breakfast in drive through. The chicken biscuit was very greasy, and lack in flavor. I know it is not a fine dining – still, at least chock full A set some bench mark! Honey butter chicken biscuit was even worse- with a very weird smell. The potato wedges/ breakfast fries were rather quite good. They were crunchy from the outside, mushy from the inside, and perfectly seasoned.

I paid extra for ghost pepper sauce and was given the wrong sauce twice and the lady at the counter treated me like I kicked her dog. The queso fries had no cheese and it was about 90 degrees inside. Will not be back.

The service was very slow. The service was very poor. Cash was handled a very very poor manor. He jammed the register and tried to get more than the total, then less than the total, then gave me more money back, then had to give me out of his pocket to make up for the difference. The staff seem very poorly trained. The coffee I got still tasted nice though.

I ordered two drinks a dr pepper and tea well they didn’t have the dr pepper and the tea wasn’t sweet. The drinks cost $6 also so I go to get a refund and they tell me that they can’t do a refund I have to call corporate and have them do a refund. I’ve never heard of a place not being able to do a refund!

They were out of almost all the soda selections in the machine. The two with me settled for something they didn’t want. I finally said something to the young man behind the counter and he filled the drink from the drive through. There was a good amount of soda spilled in the floor. While eating an employee decided to mop the floor all around yet table. I could tell the mop was one used in the kitchen and sure enough the dining room floor was left slick with a residue. The chicken sandwiches were fresh made and delivered hot to the table. It was 6:30 pm and we were the only people in the dining room. So besides the coke machine not being in full operation and dirty and the mopping inside my the service and food was good.

Terrible food and service! I went through tonight and attempted to order a small chili and was told they had none because it had been down over an hour. I get to the window and while I’m waiting the guy yells to the back, hey I got someone who wants two large chilis and proceeded to add them to their order. I get my food and go to look in the bag to make sure everything is there and he says, it’s all there. When I get home I open my baconator fries to see the cheese is obviously cold and there are two strips of bacon laid on top. I will never go to this Wendy’s again.

The little manager has the patience of a saint. Was a couple complaining up front and was shocked when I seen a teenage manager approach rto handle the situation I was surprised wirh how calm she remained with being so young very professional business here. Young man upfront was a delight as well good was dropped fresh will be returning

Great visit this time! Except the tea in the dining has soured already! Tips: 1 use bleach to kill all bacteria from previous batch. 2 allow container to dry inside completely! Seriously. I’m a huge tea drinker. Tea left at room temp will sour quick if u don’t kill all bacteria from previous use.
