Worst location I’ve been to yet took a hr ot get our food after ordering on line and got half bowls and forgot our drinks then hassed use to pove we ordered drink like we were lieing we didn’t see that bowls where half empty till get got home or I would have demanded a refund this place is joke I recommend you don’t waist your time with this poorly ran location we have had issues before which is why we order on line this time to avoid the slow wait times but I can see if your order on line you get half the food so not worth my time or money

I usually hate to leave negative reviews considering I work in customer service but I have to this time. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. The staff is quite rude and do not care about their customers at all. They act like it is an inconvenience to do their job. It’s infuriating for them to give you the last scrapings of something instead of turning around and grabbing a new container of it but still being charged full price. I’ve tried this place at least 10 times, I will never be back. The manager/owner really needs to look at his employees and training.

I have given this location chance after chance and the benefit of the doubt repeatedly… but I’m done. They are CONSTANTLY out of main food items and they just stop restocking it for the day hours before closing time. It is so mismanaged here, it’s ridiculous.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Slow wait time for online orders, VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, wrong food orders and food isn’t good! Just go to the one on the UA. Also, my online order was stolen and they barely acted as if they cared!

I drive through this chipotle location half hour before they close to get a bowl of steak which is my favorite.. I was impressed the service was fast even though there was a line I actually got a really good bowl, the steak was soft and tasted amazing all the ingredients were there very fresh and tasty.. the employees were nice and friendly! I’ll be visiting more.

I created a google account just to give this place 5 stars. Excellent service. Anyone who gives any less than 4 stars is probably an uptight prick. The nice workers gave me a big scoop of guacamole and I liked it. God bless this chipotle.

Very slow. 15 people in a non-moving line. People entering store then turning around and leaving. The two staff members are hanging out and talking to each other unsure about what to do. At first I thought they were patiently waiting for additional details ingredients to be made because it was busy but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. It took almost 5 mins to make a 1 order. There are no smiles, hustle or effort to at least keep the line moving even if slowly. Too bad. It might be faster to go to the location down the street.

I never leave reviews, but I signed into my google account just to write a review about how terrible my experience here was. I have only been here a few times, and there’s consistent problems with the quality of food, delayed wait time, etc .. which is understandable considering the short staff. But this time was absolutely unacceptable, and I will not be returning in the future. Someone had taken my online order, and the staff, when told, had an attitude like it wasn’t their responsibility to fix the problem. Eventually, when they decided to remake the order for me, they were out of every ingredient suddenly. They were no help when it came to a refund, so I had to google the customer service number myself since they weren’t even capable of providing that. The lack of professionalism is real here, spend your money elsewhere.

I waited a day before posting but my fist time experience was not good. They post about protein but gave me very little meat (steak) on my burrito. Gave me all the beans I desired. The red sauce is crazy hot. My daughter asked for less and she couldn’t eat it. They knew she was sharing with a 10 year old. I got just a little and could barely eat half. How are the green chilies sauce? Prices were a little high, they charged extra for two toppings and didn’t inform me. After that I couldn’t afford a drink and chips. The beef had that tough skin and it was a hard eat. There was also a sour odor near the drink fountain as well as a lack of utensils. We had to go next door to 5Guy to get one. Maybe they don’t carry plastic knives. I’m on a budget and I also like to know the cost. Is that something known or posted outside? I missed it. Don’t think I’ll be back.
