My daughter came home with a bowl the night before which made us want one. But turns out this was not the location she visited & I can see why. We were here around 8:45pm and understand it was probably close to closing time & we should have went somewhere else. The workers were not the friendliest. The 1st station really needed to be wiped down, the guy at the 2nd station wiped the area a little bit. There was not much to choose from that looked appealing. We went ahead and ordered 2 chicken bowls anyway. Only for my friend to tell me the next day that this location had been closed for roach infestation.

They gave me half of a burrito in an online order. Then the customer service when you make an online order is non existent. I can only imagine the spiteful being that put together that burrito. Im sure they found solace in ruining someone’s order.

Worst run chipotle I have ever experienced. Whoever is in charge of the operations has no clue what is going on. There is always one person doing all food while three people wait at the cashier not helping the efficiency at all. I have never been to this chipotle without waiting 30 minutes for my food. So easy to fix just have the workers who are doing nothing at the chasier help with the food. Terrible system it’s like all the workers are in slow mo.

I ordered a burrito tonight and it was only 9oz. My GF ordered one and hers was 1lb 7oz. I went to the Chipotle app to let them know…and the response was that they were sorry I wasn’t pleased and they’d let leadership know. So I’m here to let all of YOU know to check your bag before you leave the store if you’ve got an online order to make sure it’s appropriately sized before you leave. So I guess I’m ordering dinner from somewhere else tonight to fill my tummy. This sure isn’t going to cut it.

3 stars due to the prepping table being full of food and not being clean. Chipotle staff trying to keep up with orders threw the food which splatters over the prepping table but rather than take 1 min to at least clean they left food smeared all the way from the initial rice area all the way to the cashier.

Everytime I come in, there are always at least 3 workers in the back doing absolutely nothing while the line is out the door. I did a mobile order and no one spoke to me for 7 minutes. There is a giant line of mobile orders behind me and they are also inquiring about their food. Finally, after staring at me from the back for 7 minutes, someone finally comes out. I received a message saying my order was ready, I tell the cashier that my order is ready, and she said “oh well it’s probably not because we don’t have any white or brown rice”. So imagine how confused I am when I get a notification about my food being done and there’s no food to be found. The line is at minimum 20 people, I’m standing next to 3 people waiting to check out, but everyone is in the back dilly-dallying, so they are also not being helped, I understand working in busy environments because I too have worked in a busy fast food industry, but it’s completely unacceptable for 6 people to be in the back, 3 of them made eye contact with me, and still

We will never eat here again. Ordered a burrito bowl and got this, missing half the ingredients and isn’t enough food for a toddler. Ridiculous for the amount of money you pay and we will never eat Chipotle again.

I love the food! The back chef did a great job, but the front desk… man let me tell you, I asked for the large chip and guacamole mind you 5 times because I know they finna forget the chips, and then the lady came up to ring me up. after I paid I asked for my chips she said “you only got the guacamole you didn’t get the chips”…. I recently visited Chipotle and had such a positive experience that I want to share. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a clean, welcoming environment and a team of staff who were not only efficient but also very helpful and attentive.
For my meal, I ordered both a chipotle chicken burrito and a burrito bowl, and I asked for double chicken on both. I was so impressed with the generous portions and the way everything was prepared with care. The chicken was tender, smoky, and full of flavor, with just the right amount of seasoning to make every bite memorable. Adding double chicken made both the burrito and the bowl hearty and satisfying, packed with protein and balanced beautifully by the fresh vegetables, rice, beans, and salsas.
The burrito was wrapped neatly, even with the extra filling, which made it easy to enjoy without falling apart. The bowl was just as thoughtfully assembled, with the toppings layered so each bite had a perfect mix of flavors. From the guacamole to the roasted corn salsa, everything tasted fresh and vibrant.
What stood out just as much as the food was the service. The staff worked quickly while still being attentive and accommodating to my preferences. They made sure my order was prepared exactly how I wanted it, which I really appreciated.
One small note for improvement: the bathroom sink faucet fixtures could use some tightening or sturdier installation, as they felt very loose. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall great dining experience. Between the flavorful food, attentive staff, and clean environment, this Chipotle location exceeded my expectations.
