Even though they were extremely busy, the cashier Rebecca was very focused, calm, and super friendly. Everyone else was also working together well as a team to pump the orders out quickly. The food was great also, hot fries and nuggets!

I ordered thru door dash (store number 1360) and my order was 2 junior bacon cheeseburger burger biggie bags. The second 4 peice chicken nuggets a ghost pepper sauce were missing and both of my fries were cold. And I honestly think I got 2 strawberry lemonades when one had to be blueberry pomegranate

Instead of refunding us they wrote “no ghost pepper toss” for the ghost pepper fries. They didn’t even add anything extra or try to ask us what we wanted. THEY STILL CHARGED US FOR IT. Then when we got the food it was all wrong. I am not very impressed. I get it was a big order, but its your job. Trust me i worked in fast food but that is no excuse. This is ridiculous and when I called about it I got hung up on. This is really bad customer service and a bad policy. I will never order from here again if it will always be like this.

We placed our order at 7:14pm. Didn’t get our food until 7:40pm. And when we finally did, the burgers were cold and the fries were horrible. Then, after waiting that long, we were informed that the girl who took our order didn’t know how to make the 2 small frostys we ordered, so someone else was gonna have to do it. Also, we were told that the machine was out of mix and it would “be a while.” We took what part of our order we had and ate it, with still no frosty. As we went to leave, we asked about them, and another employee, who actually wanted to work, came from out back somewhere and made them. No ketchup in the dispensers, about 2/3 of the drink options didnt work, the lobby was very dirty. If 0 stars were possible, it would be accurate.

It depends on who is working here at the time you get food that will determine your experience. They have some new people who love to let the line max out into the highway before taking an order. When u do get greeted without a rude comment that’s also a plus. But as you’ve waited for 25 min to get to the speaker to order they will ask you if you can give them a second. At this point you’re already stuck in line unless you want to hop the curb so you wait about 5 more minutes. Then the lady will say okay go ahead with ur order to and then to continually pound you with is there anything else is there anything else is that all we don’t have that. Finally get ur order in and then boom you drive all the way around the building to the window and realize they are only taking 1 order at a time… And forcefully keeping the line from the speaker to the highway long so less people will come. Blew my mind. Now some days you can go and there will be a manager there and it’s completely different. But you can’t even tell because once your in the line your stuck. Good luck.

Stopped in to try the new strawberry frosty! It was a hit and the cashier was super friendly and very nice, so thank you for great customer service. We had a small bite I got the limited strawberry salad and it was delicious.

Slowest place I’ve ever tried to get anything. Waited 20 minutes or more just to get to the speaker and then they say (You have to wait) set there another 7 minutes or so. Then we decided to go somewhere else. Very nice Mexican place just south at the next exit. Don’t recommend this place.

Waited in drive thru line 20 mins at 11:15 am so I decided to park and go inside. Upon entering restaurant I did not receive a hello how are you sir…instead I got we are not taking orders inside at this time sir. With tables full of people and two customers online. There is no sign or reason why and door was unlocked. So I loose my place in drive thru line and can’t get food inside. Great service!!!!!
