It was difficult to find parking as the road is under construction. We had to walk two blocks from a paid parking spot. No fault of Subway’s, of course. The restaurant was clean and inviting. Everything was clearly labeled and easy to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bread was fluffy and tasted fresh. Overall a good experience.

I am just dumbfounded after going to the subway today. I ordered on the app some of their new protein wraps and on the app they will not allow you to add any ingredient. So I go into the store to pick up my wraps and see that they are being made by the employees so I asked if they would please add onion and I am told no they can’t do that. They’re not allowed by corporate to add anything to the new wraps. So I asked for some onion on the side and they told me I could not have some. I was taken back for sure… I told the manager that I would be more than happy to pay for the onion. But she said she could not do that. I am literally at this point just fuming but laughing at the same time because what is the big deal about handing me some onion? Finally I say to her can you just give me some onion out of the kindness of your heart is it really that big of a deal? She finally gives me some onion… And I was laughing hysterically all the way out the door. By far the most immature and dumbest experience of my life. If your customer wants onion you give them onion you do not make some big ridiculous deal about the onion. I will never go to this particular store ever again just because of what I faced today.

Food is always fine And the staff is always very polite and helpful, however you guys really need to staff more than one person at a time because it’s always a really long wait and there’s usually just one guy trying to do everything by himself which is unacceptable from a management standpoint!!

I’ve gone twice in the last month to this location, and the teenagers do not have respect. They left CHEESE off of both mine and my husbands sandwiches and put the wrong condiments on both. It felt as though because we were in the drive through that the workers didn’t even try to make our food correctly.
When I spoke to ‘Tamara’ she said it’s her store and there was nothing she could do about it. The other time, one entire sandwich wasn’t even put in my bag.
Both times had to drive 10 minutes back to the subway, and they offered nothing to compensate me. ‘Tamara’ wasn’t kind or understanding that ‘her store’ was making less than the minimum effort. I only rate if I can’t make it right and this is TWICE.

You just can’t depend on the people making a sandwich. Sometimes you get what you ordered, sometimes you get what they make. It’s all in writing, maybe they can’t read? Ordered and charged for double meat and received a regular no refund. Must be skimming it out of the register because I didn’t get it back.
