Service was horrible. Fast food was fast at one point. This was 20 minutes in the drive through. Only ordered a burger and fries. Maybe if the employees were not on their phones my food would be warm. I use to love this Wendy’s but now I’ll drive out of my way for better service.

Takes FOREVER to get through the drive-through. They have a huge sign hanging up saying the dining room is open but the doors are always locked. Can’t understand a word the guy they usually have taking the orders says. Order is usually wrong 95% of the time. Love Wendy’s but PLEASE GET SOME NEW MANAGEMENT…..

Every time I go there, service is slow and my order is wrong. Not every other time. Literally every time. I don’t even eat there myself and usually buy for my family and it is disappointing to always have to wait so long just to get the wrong order, just to wait forever for them to correct it. Two enthusiastic thumbs down for this location every time for the past four years I’ve been in this area and have been here. If you plan on spending a fortune anyway, go somewhere else. Go ANYWHERE else and get better service.

If I could give this wendys a 0 star I would. They delivered us the most disgusting food I’ve ever had and somehow made our coca colas taste like sewage water? They don’t pick up the phone. Im concerned about the cleanliness of their machines and the maintenance if the food tastes this bad.

Pathetic service. We ordered coffee and fries, while we got the fries, customer service associate asked us to wait for few minutes for the coffee. So we waited and asked her about the coffee after around 5 minutes, this time she said she call us in 2 minutes. After waiting for almost 10 minutes we decided to check ourselves and guess what she forgot about the order, we literally had to show her the bill.

I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit meal with a frosty chino. My sandwich was cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted. It was just a slab of cold cheese. My frosty chino was made with the liquid that they make Frosty’s with, not actual frosty like it supposed to be. I called to talk to the manager, and she was the one that was working the drive-through. After yelling and arguing with me on the phone, she then hung up on me, I was just trying to find out why my food was given to me the way it was.
