good, wonderful, hot, and fresh, but customer service might be a little better. I’ve worked drive-throughs before and understand having to take orders on the headset and deal with clients, but if someone is talking to you, you should recognize them rather than gesture to your ear.

I have been at this Wendy’s a few times. My second time dealing with this unpleasant employee. She said “huh” multiple times, was abrupt and extremely unfriendly. Today I pulled out of the drive through line because after ordering I was just done. Wendy’s is right around the corner from my house but I will no longer go there because of their customer service. I tried to call the store but they didn’t answer and the voicemail was full. Wendy’s clearly does not care about their customers. At least this one. don’t go here unless you want rudeness and disrespect. These managers should be ashamed.

Let’s start off into entering the drive through, the person who took our order wasn’t very understanding nor talking very loudly to understand. We pull up, no friendly greeting nothing. We paid, got our order which first of all we did not receive straws to our drinks so we had to ask about that first, next we had to wait there for another couple minutes just to ask someone to get ranch because they never asked what side sauce we want. He came back and gave us ONE sauce packet. Then when the worker came to the window, he seemed very unfriendly and not happy to be there. We started to drive away and he stared us down with the most disrespectful look. As we ate our food, we noticed more than half of our fries were undercooked or not even cooked at all. This wendys has gotten worse throughout the months. Either the workers are unfriendly, not wanting to be there or getting high in the back. Do better and learn how to do your job.

Normally my go to Wendy’s but the drive through service tonight was abysmal. When you have someone speaking to the public, HAVE SOMEONE THAT CAN SPEAK TO THE PUBLIC. Rude, slow and not a good listener because my order was incorrect. Quality of food and service has declined. May have to find a new Wendy’s. Unless you keep hiring pathetic excuse of an employee, then I may stop visiting you company altogether.

The staff was rude, the messed up our order 3 times because instead of listening to the correct order they walked off fast after us coming in from the drivethru. The manager was nice and fixed the order. There was a guy waiting to get his order taken for 20 mins. He had to yell is anyone working in the front. Im never coming back to this Wendy’s. No one had hair nets on either. I always come to this Wendy’s but this was the worse service i ever had.

Staff is not outright rude but they aren’t even cordial most of the time. Definitely check your bags if you get takeout as we are often missing items from our order.

The woman working at the drive through was the most miserable person I’ve ever met. Charged me twice for fries, seemed angry to be there, and when I paid in cash, she dropped the change out of the window before I reached for it, and my change slid away under the car. Terrible experience and I’d rather drive further away than go here again. Terrible

Food was awful! Fries were cold and tasted of rancid oil. Chicken Ranch Wrap also cold with VERY little ranch dressing. Couldn’t finish either. Used to be a decent place. Sad.
