Food is fine. No issues.
Services is bad. Seems like they want you to upgrade. Ask you medium or large for drinks when the biggie meal comes with small.
Then have you pull to the door to wait for your food. With a car full of kids i waited until 5 cars behind me have driven off.
Walk in to ask where my food is. They verified my order then told me yeah you had 4 chicken meals we have to cook the chicken. Well give customer the info instead of having them sit by the curb wondering.

Bought a dave classic double burger took a bite found that the meat was bright pink and tasted horrible. Took it to the counter and showed them and was asked what i wanted from them after showing them the burger. I asked for another burger. The short bald bearded man said since I already took a bite that they couldn’t give me another one…… Is the exception to crack open your burger to check to see if it was cooked fully? I wont be stopping here again and would recommend you do the same.

The worse service ever here do not patronize them they don’t speak good English and act like the can’t understand English. Cashier was very rude when asked about the new loaded thing I can’t tell you what it was. And another guy was standing there listening and didn’t offer anything. But walked off and they both decided to speak in there language and laugh. Then walked to the back where other workers were all speaking the same language and all laughing. Very rude it was

good, wonderful, hot, and fresh, but customer service might be a little better. I’ve worked drive-throughs before and understand having to take orders on the headset and deal with clients, but if someone is talking to you, you should recognize them rather than gesture to your ear.

I did a mobile order. The burger was warm not hot, bun and cheese were cold. The fries were supposed to be no salt, but definitely had salt. Please pay more attention to the special request customers make.

I went through the drive through and ordered 2 meals and a taco salad and they gave me an apple pecan salad without saying anything. I didn’t notice until I got home. SMH

The cashier just has the most terrible customer service, EVER! First of all, she never greeted us like a normal person would, rude. She looks like she doesn’t want to be here and has this attitude as if I disturbed her hibernation. I used a coupon and she doesn’t know what she is doing and has to ask her buddy for help, wasted around 10 minutes just to get my order out in. This is a fast food, not a slow food… She laughed and talked so loud with her friends in the back, I thought I was in the circus for a second. My favorite messed up part is she was rubbing her face and nose and scratching her head as she was putting my order to the computer, that is absolutely disgusting ! Who knows where else she was scratching when customers are not looking now that I think about it… when my order is ready, she doesn’t notify me. I had to go up and ask if that is mine and she just nodded… when did Wendy’s degrade into such low level ?! I won’t be coming to this location anymore !

Went here was hungry and ready the bad reviews so I figured I would see but when I got there it wasn’t that bad went in the afternoon after 12 the man at the register was nice I only ordered two things but the jr bacon I ordered was fresh and hot and good and got a frosty but everyone was nice it was fast and it was made the way I like it
