I have never been a fan of this location, but on my recent visit i was very pleased with the food. I feel like the wings have improved as this store has sort of revamped its menu items. I vasilated and was indecisive if I should get cheese curds with my wings or fries, I mentioned this to our server after the fact when he had already put the order in. But when I told him was thinking of getting fries with my cheese curds, he kindly offered fries on him since I didn’t want to trouble him. I decided to stick with my cheese curds, but when my wings came out our server brought both cheese curds and fries. I thought it was so nice of him to insist about the fries, he was very attentive and kept bringing my husband refills of cherry coke. I had a nice visit this time around, we usually get carry out here but decided to dine in and glad that we did. Some improvement here with the food.

The customer service was terrible. For example, every time I go to this location no one is ever at the front counter. I have to wait for at least 5 minutes before I’m greeted. This last time I visited they didn’t have the right jars of sauce I ordered, and had already paid for, and they just looked at me like I was out of luck. I had to ask for a refund and they seemed surprised I wasn’t just going to give them free money. On top of all of that I put my order in around 3pm and set the time for a 5:10pm pickup. I arrived at 5:15 and still had to wait 10 to 15 minutes before I got my food. RIDICULOUS. Finally, the bags my food were put into were sticky and disgusting. Worst BWW I’ve ever been too.

The food is fine but this place is always understaffed. Whether it’s peak hours or a weekday afternoon, there are never enough servers. Our waitress was super nice and considerate, but there are just not enough people working there.

Our server was super sweet, but we were sat in a dark corner and said we couldn’t move. I tried one of the new chicken sandwiches and it was good…not great. It had waaaay too much sauce on it. My hands and face were a hot mess after 2 bites! I always love their fries dipped in the Chipotle Ranch!

Madison Was our server/bartender. She was extremely patient and kind and was extremely knowledgeable about drinks. She was willing to offer her recommendations and was not just the bartender, she was the only waitress/waiter in the whole store. Whatever shes being paid, it’s not enough because she takes pride in her work and has a great attitude about working. Please give this girl a raise or a bonus because she should not have to solo the whole floor! When we come back you better believe we will ask for her!

Ordered a 10pc Mango Habanero and a 10pc sweet Chile lime boneless wings, only got the sweet Chile lime and was charged for both, waitress decided to argue instead of admitting she was wrong, says I was only charged for 10 when my bank statement says otherwise.
