I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit as well as a coffee. Thats it. I was the only car there at the time and it still took them 15 minutes to give me my sandwich. While I was waiting I heard one employee yell at the other employee to “stop googling yourself and go wash your hands” I get my sandwich only to discover no eggs or cheese just sausage. Absolutely atrocious customer service and consistent incorrect orders. I will not be back to this location and I suggest you steer clear as well.

Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes. When we got out chance to order they said they could not accept cash. We only had cash. I saw several people leave without food. With so many options you don’t get many chances to leave a good impression.

Friday night I had to feed my family, we went through the drive through at this Wendy’s. The wait was very long. But when we ordered and got up to the window-Alicia the host was so kind and empathetic to our wait. Having employees like her who can speak to an issue and handle it in a kind manner are an amazing asset to a business. The food was hot and amazing! I will continue to order from this location because she is there! Thank you Alicia!

Food came out cold. Most employees were playing on phones. We had to send food back for wrong orders or being cold! DO NOT ENTER! Go anywhere else. Even the turkey hill had better food and service. Not to mention a 45 minute wait time.

Through DoorDash I order 1 small fry, 1 Junior Bacon Cheeseburger, and 1 baked potato. I received 2 large fries, the burger, and no baked potato. Then I proceeded to call them so that they can refund the baked potato and the phone literally rang for half an hour and no answer. Horrible service! I will never order again! And I want my money!

The morning crew are nice and respectful. Around dinner time is when this place is the absolute worst. They have attitudes and clearly hate their jobs. I’ve literally sat in the drive-thru Line for an hour just for them to tell me they didn’t have what I wanted. Only go around breakfast time. Those ladies are super nice!
