I ordered food through the drive thru and it was unsatisfactory. My bake potato did not have sour cream, bacon just placed on top of my fries, and Cinnabon barley had a cream sauce on it and it was hard and not fresh. My cold brew was watery. I would NOT order food from this restaurant again.

Went through the drive through, ordered a meal. Seems normal, right? I thought so too, until I reached the window to pay/pickup my order. Here’s the sequence events:
Employee #1 took my card and ran it as normal, then handed it back to me.
Employee #2 Walked over to the drink machine and poured 2 drinks, I assume for other customers.
Employee #3 Comes over and hands my food out the window to me.
Employee #1 turns around, grabs one of the drinks still on the machine, TAKES A DRINK, and then puts it back down before Employee #2 put a lid on it and walked away.
All employees saw this. It seemed normal to them.
Never again will I eat here, such a shame to see how bad it’s gotten.

Takes atleast 10 minutes in the drive through for them to take your order… every single time I go. Wanna give them the benefit of the doubt and come back, but it’s always the same. 0/10

The workers get everything wrong constantly, everyone has an attitude as if it’s the public’s fault they’re employed there. Little to no respect or decency from them, orders take forever for no reason, and they denied me a refund after giving away my order to someone else. Every time I think of giving it a chance again I’m beyond disappointed. Close the damn place already. It’s always been shit.

On Sept 17th after going to see Noah, our tour bus broke down, we didn’t get back on the road till after 10 pm. We were unable to find a place to eat dinner. Our bus driver turned into Wendy’s seeing that the drive thru was still open. He knocked the door and the lady mopping the floor answered, she after hearing our problem, she got the manger. He only took a couple mintunes to open his door to all 35 of us. We were treated pleasantly, quickly, and with smiles from the whole staff (while still serving the drive thru). Our food was hot, neatly served not like it was rushed. As we were eating the manager passed out FrostyKey tags to all that wanted them. We are all very grateful and blessed to the staff at this Wendy’s. Thanks you for being so gracious to us.

The service during my most recent visit was horrible. The person taking orders was by far the least capable and/or concerned I may have interacted with in 20+ years. They would stand at the counter, staring at the order screen for minutes at a time, not moving, yet they were only taking one order at a time instead of having 3-4 in the queue, as is normal. Although they said several people didn’t show up for work, the people that were there were obviously not interested in working efficiently.
It took 25 minutes to receive my order, after I placed it. In that time, the line extended to the side door and afterwards at least 7 additional customers left without ordering.
They ironic part is that one employee taking their break left, went to Giant, bought chicken there, returned and ate it in the dining room, in less time than it took to order our food and get it back to the table.
The Manager was also completely lost, walking through piles of food laying on the floor as she made sandwiches. My burger was partially undercooked, as can be seen in the photos. When I brought it to her attention, I had a new burger in under a minute, yet it took 25 for the undercooked one to reach my tray.
The Dining Room was fairly clean, but behind the counter it was pure chaos! Things piled everywhere, cover left off the Chili, orders were wrong, undercooked food, abnormally long wait time, terrible customer service, disinterested employees and Manager. Not sure what else to say about this place.

I stood in front of the register, waiting for someone to take my order for five minutes. No one said a word to me during that time. However, I did over hear someone who was running around frantically tell another customer that had already ordered that their burgers would be out as soon as possible they’re just waiting on the meat. This was a great reminder of why I never stop anywhere for fast food other than Chick-fil-A. The service is generally slow, and the food was going to be mediocre anyway. My order was never taken, and so I just left.
