Taco Bell has good fast food, but I go for the lemonade . The lemon and sweetness is well balanced. If it’s powdered it sure doesn’t taste like it. Don’t change it.

The food is usually good, and overall the restaurant does a solid job. The only recurring issue I have is that DoorDash orders are sometimes prepared before the driver arrives. When that happens, crunchy tacos can become soggy and other items often need to be reheated.
Aside from that, the experience is generally positive. The staff is usually cool, and service is consistent.

They are always accurate with my orders and the line moves pretty fast. Really is a great location. I’ve noticed that they take the time to make sure everything is wrapped up properly and not smushed in any way. This is the Cleveland location

Just got an order for the family. Drove in from Rosenberg stopped at taco bell in Cleveland. Spent 35 dollars. Get home and everyone gets there food. Well stepdaughter gets her quesadilla and the inside was full of mold. How do you serve food and not even look at it while your Making it. This could have made her sick. Was a good thing she was looking at her food. Two large spots of black mold inside . And she is also allergic to mold. Never again. And yes I have pictures and we will be letting corporate know how disgusting this location is.

I paid $25 at the machine at the front like I’ve done before and when I went to get my drink they told me it wasn’t paid for & it was taken out of my account & showed them that & they said nothing they could do . Absolutely pissed I lost $25 for something I didn’t even receive.

Waited 45 mins to receive my food as a dine in, got here at a busy hour as every table was filled. Saw people eating and saw others get served before me and now seeing everyone leave before me and I still have yet to receive my order! This is the most frustrating experience ever! Now trying to get a refund & this will be my last time ever.

My wife and I decided to go out and get our residents some tacos and cheesey bean burritos for supper one night last week 03/03/2014. I got the food home and everyone to the table and put their food in front of them and there were little baby roaches (alive) inside the wrappers and in their tacos. We contacted the store and they just blew us off as if they didn’t care. One person even laughed about it. The General manager was supposed to call us back or have the corporate office call us on this matter. A week later still no call back. We spent $70.00 give or take a few on the food that we couldn’t even eat. I’m going to post the pictures of the roaches for all to see. We’re waiting for an attorney to call us about this. Thinking about sending pictures to the news channels.
