I went through the drive-thru expecting convenience, but it turned into a frustrating mess. When the drinks were handed to me, they were completely wet and soaking—soda spilled all over me and into my car.
We were then told to pull forward and wait while they were waiting for “meat,” which defeats the entire purpose of using the drive-thru. After that, the drive-thru server became rude after confusing our order, causing us to wait an additional 15 minutes for our food.
When it came time to pay, service was slow, and the employee’s hands were visibly wet from soda. When I asked for a napkin to clean up the spill, I was met with attitude instead of an apology.
Eventually, a different employee came out to hand us our food, only for us to discover that part of our order was missing. For the price I paid, I was very disappointed and disheartened by the service—especially from the drive-thru employee, Melissa.
Overall, poor service, lack of care, and a very frustrating experience. I would not return.
It took longer than I would like to receive my food. But once they notice that they missed my order, they jumped right on It and made the food and brought it to my table. It turned my experience around. The restaurant is clean and free of debris on the floors. The tables look clean. The lobby looks great and I appreciate the 4 to 5 employees that I can see running the restaurant.
