Poor service and disappointing experience.
I went through the drive-thru expecting convenience, but it turned into a frustrating mess. When the drinks were handed to me, they were completely wet and soaking—soda spilled all over me and into my car.
We were then told to pull forward and wait while they were waiting for “meat,” which defeats the entire purpose of using the drive-thru. After that, the drive-thru server became rude after confusing our order, causing us to wait an additional 15 minutes for our food.
When it came time to pay, service was slow, and the employee’s hands were visibly wet from soda. When I asked for a napkin to clean up the spill, I was met with attitude instead of an apology.
Eventually, a different employee came out to hand us our food, only for us to discover that part of our order was missing. For the price I paid, I was very disappointed and disheartened by the service—especially from the drive-thru employee, Melissa.
Overall, poor service, lack of care, and a very frustrating experience. I would not return.

The food was great.
It took longer than I would like to receive my food. But once they notice that they missed my order, they jumped right on It and made the food and brought it to my table. It turned my experience around. The restaurant is clean and free of debris on the floors. The tables look clean. The lobby looks great and I appreciate the 4 to 5 employees that I can see running the restaurant.
Thank you. You can change the outcome to any situation depending on how you respond to it. Sometimes people want to complain, but you can always go the extra mile and do what you can to make the experience better.

Full time resident and local who grew up here. We used to go to this carls Jr 21 years ago in high school because they had spicy chicken sandwiches for 89 CENTS. They were amazing. I moved away and moved back almost a year ago. Because it’s 24 hours and the proximity to where I live, I always went to the one on 1st street and Santa Fe. But tonight I went to the one on HWY 50 near I 25 and I got the worst spicy chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. The drive through is filthy. Customer service is polite which I appreciate. But why are my chicken sandwiches not spicy and not the same as the one 2 miles away from this location? Pull it together.

I highly DO NOT recommend eating at this location. I went here yesterday afternoon and got a famous star combo and a big Angus El Diablo burger. I had to wait for my food to be made so I had to pull to the front of the store and wait for it to be brought out. By the time I got home, I took it out of the wrapping and the fries out of their container and put it on a plate. I noticed first that the burger wasn’t made properly. It had american cheese instead of pepper jack, and I was not ever told they were out of cheese so I assume it was just improperly made. I usually can look past a mistake like that, but then I noticed my bun when I picked up the burger to take a bite. It had mold on the bottom bun. I guess they didn’t look before they made my burger to be able to send moldy food home with a customer. I will not be eating at this location again, personally.

While the fries were hot, the burger was cold. It wasn’t worth turning around to complain at the store as the guy at the drive through looked and acted stoned. I love Carl’s Jr, I just won’t go to this one again.

Yesterday, January 30, 2026, I went to order something to drink at this place, and the guy working the night shift treated me terribly, to the point that I told him I no longer wanted my order because of how he treated me. I understand that working nights must be tough, especially for young people who lack maturity and professionalism, but my complaint is about the mistreatment of customers; things shouldn’t work that way.

Haven’t been there for a while because every time we went there, our hamburgers were made wrong. I decided I would go back today and once again my hamburger was made wrong. I asked for the special Carl’s Jr. hamburger which includes lettuce, tomato, and onions. I asked them not to put cheese on it. I just wanted lettuce, tomato, and onions on it. No sauces. OK OK then when I get home and I looked at my receipt, they charged me for the tomatoes, lettuce, and onions $.80 extra and they put cheese on the hamburger I would like this problem to be corrected, please
