this wendys usually isn’t a bad location unless the one manager with the glasses is up-front tending the register and bagging. especially bagging you’re items. every single time I have gotten my food from him it’s honestly my mistake that I don’t look before I leave cuz I get home and of course my food is made wrong or I just don’t even have a whole sandwhich…. so that’s cool. there either needs to be more communication or that manager needs to be managed better. 3rd times the charm mount pleasant wendys has lost my business. Connellsville wendys is the same amount of distance and they don’t mess up my order.

It’s Wendy’s, but I’m giving this particular location 3 stars. Perhaps it was the day/time I had been there that was unfortunate. The drive-thru was long so I went in. The line inside was short – 2 in front of me and one behind me. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unorganized. I know everywhere it seems to be the same story of being short-handed, but that didn’t appear to be the case to me anyways. Some customers were getting inpatient and rude, which seems to be par for the course anymore. I was in a hurry but remained calm and patient. I hope they’re able to improve. If I notice that next visit I’ll happily update.

Nico was AWESOME! Very happy, professional and took our orders with great energy & Got our orders correct. Handled situations professionally. And is so dedicated to working that his only form of transportation is a bike, but manages to get to work everyday! We have always been big fans of Wendy’s, just better quality of products, but Nico (and other staff) makes us want to keep coming back!!! Now if you could offer lessons for other fast food places…
