I’ve been going to this location off and on since they opened. I often work very long hours under a great deal of stress, but starting my day with these folks makes the early mornings and long hours much better. Though staff have come and gone, they have been consistently pleasant and welcoming. Occasionally they do become overwhelmed with a rush, and service lags as a result, but that’s understandable. The food quality is as expected from a fast food breakfast place and since they opened, I’ve only had one wrong order.

I wish I could stop by here daily. I’ve always had such an amazing experience. I average 3 stops a week. I always place my order through the app before I get there. When I pull up to the speaker 90% of the goes like this.

Went to the Burlington Pike location today and ordered a caramel iced latte and sweet black pepper bacon sandwich. When I got home and checked the sandwich I was highly disappointed that it was missing 90% of the top croissant. I understand mistakes happen but while wrapping it up the employee should have realized what was missing.

This is by far the worst dunkin to go to in the surrounding area. You would be better off going to richwood or hebron. Ive tried to give this place a shot 5 DIFFERENT TIMES!!! And they still get it wrong or messed up!!! The last time i walked in to order to ensure that it would be correct, i have the barista extremely distracted, laughing at us, not repeating our order correctly. This place aint a dunkin donuts… its more of a dunkin DONT!!!!

The worst Dunkin I have been to consistently. The coffee is always terrible. Waited 15 min at a cash register where the guy was clearly new and everyone was just yelling at each other & more worried about employee food than the customers standing there. The new guy was the only one who seemed to even care and when we asked why they won’t help him we were met with attitude. I understand being busy I worked in customer service for over 7 years. Most the employees here have an awful attitude & no customer service. If they are consistently gonna be that busy hire new people and TRAIN THEM PROPERLY

Makes two weeks in a row now. Order my matcha tea with less ice and they manage to not fill the glass. I don’t need my drink swimming in ice, it’s not that hard to fill the glass and mix it properly. I always have to mix it myself once it’s home. The rest of my order comes out perfect, the drink just gets neglected.

My fiance and I typically make a Dunkin run every morning. Jazz, Maddie, Savannah, and Kate know our order, and recognize us as soon as we pull up to the window. When they’re there things are always amazing!! They’re personable, friendly, humble, and always a great start to our day!!! Thank you ladies!

Stale donuts. I dont understand how a restaurant thats open all day cant make fresh food throughout the day. They advertise spider donuts but when you try to order it youre told that they sell out early in the morning and you need to come early if you want them. This location is just horrible and never have what you want in stock
