I don’t eat fast food often, but this place WOW’ed me. Sure, it’s just a Wendy’s, however, the execution and presentation of the food is outstanding. My burger looked like something out of a Wendy’s commercial, and the fries were just right.

It’s about as most locations. Not many dinning in, usually. When told the ketchup dispenser was empty, it wasn’t refilled immediately (even though multiple staff were present and heard) I was handed several ketchup packets. It’s ok but mostly for convenience, not service or atmosphere. Mostly drive-thru users.

The bathroom dryer didn’t work. Staff told another customer when he said you were out of ketchup, “Are you sure? You have to pump it slowly. ” Personally, the lack of customer service here makes me can’t wait for the one down the road to open up.

Do not go to this location!!! It was disgusting, there were big black ants on two of the tables, food all over the floors, tables were dirty.. when I asked to have the table cleaned the young lady was upset and gave us an attitude about it!!. Twice this week they forgot part my order , one time chili , and second time almost $10 burger ! I went through drive through and it took awhile seemed like the worker and car in front me were friends and talking forever then no lights on screen at night to see what to order and thank God I checked order before I left and tell the guy something was missing and he acted like I did something til he realized they put my burger in someone else’s bag and not even a apology horrible customer service !!!!
