Its your typical Wendy’s. The staff did their jobs and the food was ok. The place was pretty clean but as you can see in the video there was no one inside and maybe one car in the drive thru. Definitely surprising since it was 830 on a friday night.

**HAIR IN FOOD** and bad service. Hair may have been intentional as staff member was laughing as food was delivered to my car. I thanked him and he did not respond. Very odd behavior overall. Check cameras for accuracy.

Best nuggets I’ve had from Wendy’s in a long time hot and fresh gentleman behind the counter was very friendly made sure my order was all correct and came out quick forgot to ask his name for this review but it was around 4:30 Monday 11-24-25… my man deserves some appreciation don’t see it very often in the fast food industry anymore even did the survey on the receipt to make sure he gets his Kudos…

The * BEST * Wendy’s in All New York!!!
This is how I imagine the food tastes like at Wendy’s HQ. It’s like they pulled the perfectly made food right out of the commercial. Juicy burgers with fresh tomato’s and lettuce. As good as a backyard cookout!
Even the fries here taste fresh and seasoned to perfection. I don’t know what they’re doing differently here but this needs to be a training store.
It might be a fast food joint but I swear they’re cooking with love in here. This is my second day in a row eating here I was compelled to leave a review.
Even the PRESENTATION is on point. Like I said the food even LOOKS like it came out of a commercial. I don’t care how my fast food looks but I have to acknowledge the effort. Bravo!
BTW on day two I got here early and got the breakfast. The sausage biscuits melted in my mouth. The biscuit buns were DELICIOUS. There was none of that weird baking soda aftertaste. All I tasted was biscuits, sausage, egg, and cheese. Amazing.
They got the dream team working at this Wendy’s.

This Wendy’s location is relatively new and offers a spacious interior. It’s conveniently located with easy access from the road, making it a great spot for a quick bite or a restroom break.

I was told by the employee that my food would be amazing. I hated the taste of the double cheese burger I ordered. The burger and fries were extremely greasy. I won’t be returning again.

Quick service and the food was decent, no complaints there. Only downside is the self order machines… they just slow things down I would rather a cashier. A plus is the updated modern look and the self serve soda machine.

I don’t eat fast food often, but this place WOW’ed me. Sure, it’s just a Wendy’s, however, the execution and presentation of the food is outstanding. My burger looked like something out of a Wendy’s commercial, and the fries were just right.

Someone needs to tell the owner that the crew is locking the dining room early at night.
We just parked 20 min ago to jump in for an order (as we often do here) and at 8:45 the doors were already locked. Your app clearly says 9pm.

The employees were arguing with each other the guy cooking the fries was laughing at them ..a total of 6 employees arguing while 3 customers waited at the counter for service . I got the fried Chicken sandwich and fries . Half the fries were under cooked and when I got to the middle of the chicken sandwich it had a funky taste so I dumped it .. the place can use a good cleaning as well , I won’t be back
