Food was good, but today there was plenty of staff to have the lobby opened. My mom and I came to get lunch and the lobby doors were locked and no notes or anything explaining what was going on. We are all short staffed but at least let customers know before walking through the doors.

Anytime I’ve been here the drive thru is slow and backed up. Today I ordered a $5 Biggie Bag with a Large fry. The biggie bag was fine, but the side order of large fries was half empty and the fries were cold and definitely far from fresh.

No one was at the counter, so I used the kiosk. I wanted 2 Frosties, but it wasn’t listed, so, I ordered an iced coffee and paid. Then an employee showed up and asked if he could help. He explained that the Frosties have to be ordered at counter.

Why is the dining room closed every single time I try and eat. There are “new dining room hours” posted on the door yet literally every time I go the dining room is closed. With no sign in the window. There isn’t even a cashier anymore, they have been replaced by a computer. I drive an 11 foot tall van and can’t come through the drive through so this is extremely inconvenient. It’s unfortunate as Wendy’s is really the only decent fast food anymore.

I took my family to this location today, and we attempted to place our order with an employee named Bambi. My wife wanted to order a parmesan chicken caesar salad, but substitute the grilled chicken with crispy chicken. She had ordered this salad this way hundreds of times, but today “Bambi” told my wife that she could not do this. The employee was adamant about this. This is the only item that my wife eats from Wendy’s, so she was upset and needed a minute to rethink her order. I went over to the kiosk screen and was able to order a crispy chicken sandwich, just the meat, and the salad without the grilled chicken. It was $5 more, but I wanted my wife to be happy. I am upset that this employee refused to help us with this substitution. When we did get our order, my wife’s salad had a lot of wilted lettuce in it. Also, the soda machine was broken and the napkin dispensers were both completely out of napkins, requiring me to go back to the counter a second time. I am feel that this location has been getting worse over the years. They continously lock the doors and refuse to allow people to dine in. This has happened several times in the past few months, even though COVID has been over for a long time. I used to like eating at this Wendy’s, but I don’t think we will be going here again.

If I could give no stars I would, the staff is so unprofessional, on their phones, rude and they act like you’re putting them out if you order more then 1 item. Orders are wrong and unfortunately you don’t figure that out until you get home and pass out everything. The spicy and regular nuggets aren’t marked so you have to guess which is which. The fries tasted days old and stale. I get that help is hard to find, but my God get rid of these people they can’t even follow an order. Oh and I got coke instead of rootbeer because the person at the window was on their phone and not paying attention. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service, so drive the extra 3 minutes down the road to Burger King or McDonald’s.

Very poor attitude and service. Not to mention nobody at this location can read…. a damn order right. Three different times and they get the order wrong. If your craving Wendy’s just go to the saco location. Way better and you get napkins too.

Used the drive thru for a quick mid afternoon lunch and waited 10 minutes for our order to be taken and then waited another 10 minutes for the food to be bagged and handed to us through the window. The dining room appeared to be nearly vacant and there was one car ahead of us and one behind us, so safe to say it was not even close to busy. Most of the employees were standing around doing nothing while two of them were making food and bagging it up. They did not work as a functional team and there was no talking or communication between them. Not only did we wait far too long for a simple order of 3 burger meals but everything was COLD and had the texture of it being under a heat lamp for way too long. If I thought it wouldn’t take too long, I was would have went in for all new food or a refund. We have used this location many many times and 95% of the time we have a great experience but I’ve noticed the last month or two had been going downhill. There must be new management or just a team that doesn’t work well together.
