Very cute place. I noticed the sign. It’s been here almost 100 years. I’ve been dying for a bakery that has cannolis and Napoleon’s, baklava, and anything else that you can imagine which is delectable.
The cannoli cream was a bit too firm. The shell was very soft. They didn’t have that crispy and flaky feel to it.
Baklava also had no crunch to it. It was tasty though.
I was disappointing because I read really good reviews about this place and I’m sure other items might be better but it’s just not what I expected out of a cannoli or baklava. Especially at five dollars apiece. I’ve had them at Publix and even though they’re not great they’re still better than this for half the price. And I know that’s religious to even compare Publix to a niche type of place like this.
I’m from McDonough so it was a pretty long trip to come up there and try it.
Last point. If you’re going to have six people behind the counter, I think you should be a little bit more attentive to somebody standing there in front of the pastry display and the welcome them. When you’re standing there looking to place your order and 4 people all have their backs to you and 2 are standing at the register looking at you as if you taking up space or waiting for the bus, it’s a weird vibe. These are all young kids so the last thing on their mind is actually helping someone, but they were very nice once they engaged after about two minutes of me standing there

Finally visited Henri’s for the first time and the customer service was nothing short of impeccable. Kareem and John made the best sandwiches and were so nice, and Arianna at the checkout counter was so sweet and a ball of joy. Everything I ordered in addition to the amazing employees made my experience 10/10.

I had a great experience here at Henri’s! The workers were super friendly, and it was my first time here, but they were very patient. The interior is very nice, and they have wonderful outdoor seating as well. I tried a club sandwich, which was filled with stacks of fresh deli meat and was freshly toasted for me. I also got a massive snickerdoodle cookie that was excellent. It wasn’t too sweet, it had a delicate cinnamon taste, and it was so soft and delicious to eat. I wish I had gotten another! The flat white I ordered was also simple and tasty. I will surely be coming back to try more deli cuts and bakery delights!

Ask for Christian at the service counter bc he is all about service and with a smile too! What a delight he was and also a really great sandwich maker with brown hair glasses was too. I wish I would have gotten his name too. He was so helpful, thoughtful, kind, professional etc. They both seem like they really like their jobs and that is refreshing!

I have been to this Henri’s probably over 50 times. I had an experience today that just left me feeling uncomfortable. I put in an order to go. When I arrived, the girl at the counter told me to grab a drink, and I asked, do I get chips too? She said yes (I had ordered and paid for a chips and drink along with my sandwich). I grabbed my coke, chips, and they handed me a closed bag with my sandwich. I got into my car and pulled out of the parking lot. Within two minutes they called me and said, “ I know I didn’t see you come back in and grab another bag of chips”. I told her I had ordered a bag of chips and grabbed them with my Coke, as instructed. She informed me that the chips were included in the bag. I apologized and said I’d be happy to put in an online order to cover the chips, and she said, “no problem, I wanted to let you know that we put everything in the bag, and that next time you’ll know….” It just felt really gross, like you looked up my number to call me just to reprimanding me as if I’d intentionally grabbed an extra bag of $2 chips? Yuck. I went ahead and paid for the bag online, as I did have 2 bags of chips. I still cannot believe that I was called for a misunderstanding over chips. I’m pretty sure I have enough points to cover it. Just be aware, if you get a to-go order, the chips are definitely in the bag!

Awful. As much as I hate to leave a sour review, my first visit here has left me in awe… and not in a good way. The lady at register was kind. However, they remade my latte and somehow it ended up turning out worst than the first one. They could’ve just tweaked the original one. Rest assured i pull off, and get to my destination just to see that I’m missing my carrot cheesecake I purchased. Probably because they are holding onto it behind the counter and no one cared to hand it to me. Even when I came back in a second time due to the first issue. The more competent people were the one making the sandwiches. This place is in need of proper training. I will honestly never be back.

I love this place so much the food is amazing and the employees. That one lady Sharon deserves a raise or something one of the best employees Henri’s she makes my day every time I order my coffee I Always asks if Sharon can make it and if she’s not there then I don’t even bother. Do get wrong the other workers that are just as good, but Ms Sharon takes the cake. Seeing her behind the counter makes me feel welcome. She’s a gift from the lord himself
