If there was another Wendy’s close by I would go there and not this one. This one is right near my son’s school and he’s usually starving when I pick him up so this is the place he chooses. Yesterday I told them I had two frosty key chains. They only gave me one for free and charged me the other one and they gave me my dollar back when I told them. I had to come back into the restaurant to tell them they did not put the four piece chicken nuggets in my bag and that there was only barbecue sauce. The lady insisted that she already put the chicken nuggets in and then gave me more barbecue sauce. The guy working with her looked at her and then gave me the chicken nuggets. Today we ordered the same thing, and the total with the same as yesterday, so I knew they still charged me for one of the free frosty’s. I asked them if they both came off, they looked at the computer, and said yes. But they did charge me for one. Then I open the chicken wrap, to find a hair in it. I have a picture of it, but this review page is not allowing me to add it. The wrap was barely wrapped as well, and if it was, I wouldn’t have known that hair was there. I would have gone back in to say something, but I was in a rush and last time I had to go in and tell them about their mess-ups, they acted like I was annoying so did not want to be looked at as if I was any type of inconvenience today as well.

Just a disappointment from start to finish. Service was fine, but no one smiled. Food was ok but things were missing and we had to go ask for them. There were ants at the tables.

Awful! Working in the area and ate their twice. Both chicken sandwiches cold and didn’t get cheese on it either time after I had asked for it? How hard is it to read a screen and put a slice of cheese on a sandwich?? The worst Wendy’s around for sure! Danvers Wendy’s does it right.

Don’t know if it is just the regular day but it’s not crowded which I like and of course, food is available less than 5 minutes after I ordered it.

Right next to a homeless encampment. Being bothered for food in or out of the restaurant or drive through. Food was sub-par and expensive.
