Ordered drive thru, was was charged for the wrong order, had to wait 20 minutes in line for them to get my order right and charge me the correct thing. Leave the store, and my order is still incorrect.. after waiting 20 minutes in the drive-through. Horrible service.

I ordered 2 Whopper meals and a Bacon king burger and paid for what I ordered. And I did not get what I ordered or paid for. The supposed Whoppers were smaller than they were supposed to be and they were on sourdough bread and and so was the Bacon king burger. I only checked the wrappers but I didn’t check the burgers themselves inside the wrappers. Now I have to check every little detail before I walk out.

It is not busy here at all. U pull all that cheese on my sandwich. I’m standing at the register and the cashier just throws my food across the counter then don’t even tell me its mine. I had to ask. The complaints could go on.

30 minutes. 30 minutes. 30 minutes sitting in the Drive-Thru waiting my turn! The only reason I waited it out was because I had ordered through the app. There were enough employees but somehow they got backed up. There were only about eight cars ahead of me. 30 minutes! And no apologies or explanation once I got to the window. And they didn’t get the order right. At least the fries were hot.
