We walked across from the hotel next door. The cashier working was very polite. The front did smell like sulfur, the soda from the machines was not cold. The cashier was nice enough to give us drinks from behind the counter. There were no napkins or ketchup by self serve counter. The table and a floor area was dirty. I could image what the bathroom looked like. I used to work at a Wendy’s, we made sure the bathrooms and the dining area were always clean. We will not return to this Wendy’s again.

The Krabby Patty Wendy’s collab meal was a huge disappointment. A big marketing ploy. Oh wow you did a collab!
It tastes exactly like a normal Wendy’s burger. The secret sauce? Barely any. There is no packaging at all.

I love wendys because I feel like quality is much better than other fast food places but this location is absolute worst. I order 4 spicy chicken sandwiches and all of them are RAW. They were unedible. Moreover, I had to wait for 20 mins for my food even though I did mobile order 10-15 mins before coming to the store. I will not come to this location again.

Whole restaurant is disgustingly, filthy floors or sticky tables or sticky service was terrible bathroom out of order no garbage can in the bathroom had to stand in line to get more napkins and then was ignored when my wife was at the counter. She had to yell to get somebody’s attention as they kept walking by her just to get a couple extra napkins cause we had to use the ones that came with the mail clean off the sticky tables

I had ordered an Uber eats from here and requested no mayo and no tomatoes. But when we got the food guess what was in it. Tomato and mayo. If I had not checked , I would have been in trouble as I have a bad allergic reaction to tomatoes. This wendys does not read order requests, just slaps all the food together without even thinkin. Not even worth it go to mcdonalds down the street.

Avoid ordering delivery from here they always get your order wrong. If you ordered a vanilla frosty your getting chocolate if you ordered nuggets no sauce and pray that anything even comes as im always missing items. Uber eats will not refund you either for their mistakes.

Visited at 11pm on a weeknight. The staff was walking around and talking lazily and In absolutely no rush to help anyone. I stood there for 15 mins waiting for someone to take my order before I just walked out. The food is normally fine.

After work last night, it’s usually a good idea to spend $7 on some Wendy’s, but they were taking a bit more time than usual to get my order out (which was totally understandable, it was slammed in there) but the employees were so nice to me during the wait and made it worth my while. I’m immensely thankful for their service!
