Me and my boyfriend came here and sat at a booth. We ordered the 2 for $25 deal an app and 2 entrees. Once we sat down, it took a few minutes to get waited on. Mind you this was around 4:30 pm with maybe 4-5 tables of people. I also went to the restroom and there was no toilet paper. We got our appetizer fairly quickly. It took a while for our food to come out despite the emptiness of the restaurant. When I got my food, it didn’t look anything like the photo. I hardly had any cheese on my chicken and wasn’t warm enough to even melt the cheese. Not coming back to this one again. Also, took a while to get my drink refilled. The only thing that was really good was the breadsticks. There were 2 men at the bar and they were yelling at the waitresses and I was very upset with that. They were rudely loud.

Ordered curbside on Valentine’s Day. I receive 2 plastic bags with food and after the woman walks away I realize the containers were vertical from where the bags are commonly held after being tied together. I see the containers are leaking into the bags so I set the bags flat shuffling the containers around to a sitting position within the bags. I think to myself “I don’t want a mess on the seat so I’ll go home”.

I get home, living 30 minutes away from this Applebees. I open the bags and I find everything except for my food. I’m bummed out because I worked all day without eating. I call Applebees and no answer. I call again 15 mins later and no answer. I call a 3rd time 15 minutes later and the girl says “we’re really busy so the manager will call you back later”. I gave her my contact info. Frustrated now.

A day goes by, no callback. I call and get no answer. Another day goes by and no callback. I call again and again no answer. I see I was emailed a survey invite so guess what I do, yea I filled out the dumb survey and it asks you if you want a call back. I obviously answer that with yes. 2 days go by before I get a call late at night from the survey when I’m unable to answer. Not a call from this store. Why buy dinner here when you don’t get your food? I just won’t be your customer again.

Terrible food. Ordered fiesta lime chicken and the rice was very tough and overcooked. The chicken filet was also tough and not edible. Mentioned to server, received no response for replacement or to have it taken off of the bill. Also paid $13.79 for boneless chicken wings that’s looked like the size of popcorn chicken…. My girlfriend’s grilled cheeseburger was soggy and overly greasy. I have called the restaurant and have no received a call back. Also reaches out to corporate no response

Solid 4 and much better than our visit at a different location.

Though the did include all the items ordered, they did not include ketchup for fries and any cutlery (ordered).

Our to go order arrived home packaged well.

The breadstick was a bit hard and the French dip sandwich was too salty. The fries were okay, they did not travel as well as other places in similar proximity.

The Shirley temple had the right amount of cherries and the grilled chicken salad had the most delicious fresh ingredients.

The staff were friendly enough during pick up.

They are super short staffed. We went into eat all you can eat shrimp and chicken tenders and after our first plate we had to wait 25 mins for another plate. We just took our food and left. The bartender lady serving us was no help. She got upset just because I mentioned it was a really long wait. I’m really disappointed we didn’t get what we paid for.
UPDATE on 7-6-2025 After leaving this review, Applebee’s main management did reach out and apologize. They said a manager from the Applebee’s I went to would reach out and send me a gift card to try to make the situation right. THAT NEVER HAPPENED!!! Never heard anything after the email they sent. I FEEL LIKE THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION HAS SOME REAL ISSUES. UPDATE 7-22-2025: So after my last update, a manager named Mike reached out to me to apologize for all the confusion. Said they had to fire a manager and that he would make things right. That his boss would reach out, and they would send me a gift card. GUESS WHAT!!!! STILL NOTHING. Mike gave me his number to check back in, and of course, nothing. I left a message and no call back. Don’t give this place a chance. It’s a problem after the problem.

Was seated at 2:35 pm on Saturday. Didn’t get smoothies until 3:30, drink from the bar until 3:40. Our food came out before those drinks. Food came with no silverware, missing salad dressing and missing sides. One of the kids meals came out incorrect and had to be sent back.

No manager in sight, service was awful and the restaurant as a whole was a disaster. Dirty dishes everywhere. This location should be shut down immediately.

Let me start by saying they try to over charge me by $20.00+ . The service/ bartender seem to be only one running it all maybe 1 or 2 other girl on the older side! On a Friday night. Also I got the 2 for 30, kids meal, 3 adults drank and 2 appetizers (one with 2/30) !! I want a well done stake I was very pink so after that and the floor being just disgusting! She bring me a $103.00 bill so I get to looking I got charge for both appetizer also a fish meal and something else???? So of. Course i say something she say oh no he was supposed to take it off ‍♀️ at this point im so irritated so i get my new bill that now is $84.00 be frl

I’m usually pretty laid back, but our experience was just disappointing. We rolled in at 6:03 PM, party of four, and had to stand at the hostess stand for 12 whole minutes before anyone greeted us. The wait wasn’t the end of the world, but it set the tone for the rest of the night. We were told 15 minutes wait time, we were seated right on that time.
Here’s where it gets rough: our server didn’t come over for another 15 minutes. We ordered our food and drinks, and it took 13 minutes just for the drinks to arrive. No big deal, we thought, but no refills were offered until our food arrived. And boy, did the food take its sweet time – 47 minutes after ordering, the appetizers and meals(chicken wings and tenders) arrived at the same time except one of our meals took an extra 17 minutes to arrive (boneless wings with pickle fries), and by that time, the other food was ice cold.
The waitress was super friendly and did her best, but it was clear she was overwhelmed. When it was time to pay, I asked for the bill early, but it still took 16 minutes to process and get my card back – and they forgot to give us a copy of the receipt.
Maybe it was just an off night, but for a place that’s clearly capable of seating parties quickly, the service and timing were way off. Hopefully, they’ll work on getting their act together.

We had a good time here and the food was good. The bone in wings were really good but they seemed small compared to other places with wings. Kids enjoyed their food, and the Fiesta lime chicken was on point. Drinks were good except that they didnt have Blue Moon on tap…..apparently, they ran out. Service was good, and we will be back. Next time, we might try the nachos, and hopefully, they will have Blue Moon on tap.

We’ve tried to eat at this Applebee’s twice now in the last year. Both times we waited at the hostess counter for over 20 minutes without being helped. Multiple staff members passed by repeatedly without even acknowledging that we were standing there. Both times we left and found someplace else to eat. I don’t mind waiting if its busy, but the restaurant was far from busy both times. We were just blatantly ignored.
