The entire serving counter was covered in clutter at 7pm. The fries were soggy and old. Nuggets were reduced in size (shrinkflation). Asked for a sauce for my sandwich and was ignored by the Large woman behind the desk after she looked right at me. Had to ask twice and then second time told it was .54 cents for a BBQ sauce for my burger. Was going to sit inside and eat but that was offputting. Good thing cuz upon looking st the dinner room all the tables were dirty and uninviting. What a sad state the burlington Wendy’s has become. Totally uninviting and felt like a restaurant who doesn’t care and is in decline. Seriously though Never saw an entire server counter where the restaurant take orders be covered in signs and clutter…not one clear space for orders and doubt that clutter was sanitary to put up there. Online order also took about 15 minutes.

This Wendy’s has repeatedly taken my money and forgotten items, never has any amount of coordination and everyone seems to be not fully there considering the lot constantly reeks of marijuana. Today I was made to wait 10 plus minutes and then they still forgot my sandwich. I normally never review but I’ve had enough of the incompetence.

The 4 star is caused by their not having French fries available yet they charged for the two meals. They did throw in one order chicken nuggets. It was very expensive and I was told their Wendy’s was more expensive than others. I didn’t ask why. The burgers were fresh and delicious and the workers very nice.

Poorly managed staff that can’t seem to get orders correct or complete. Save yourself from wasting time or money here because customer service is no existent. Good luck you’ve been warned.

I hadn’t had Wendy’s in a long time and found one on Burlington. It was a gem. I always liked Wendy’s burger and Dave’s Double did not disappoint. Upgraded to large strawberry lemonade and baconator fries! Divine. But why 5 stars? SERVICE AND ATTITUDE! The gentleman greeted me and even took time to explain the menu to me. Something little like that is gold. Check out the seating and the cleanliness of this place!

This Wendy’s location seriously needs to step it up. Every time I come here, something is wrong.
I ordered a baked potato, and it was completely undercooked and gross. Then I got a grilled chicken ranch wrap, and somehow it came with honey mustard instead of ranch, the wrap was also broken. That was bad enough, but the wrap wasn’t even rolled properly—it was just kind of folded together with the foil wrapped into it. Who does that?
The worst part? The employees knew it was messed up and thought it was funny. I could see them laughing about it before handing me the order at the drive-thru.

Definitely one of three cleanest Wendy’s ever visited. Busy drive through customer but empty dine in.

The food is always prepared when you order so I don’t mind the wait. Food is served hot and fresh. My family loves the chilli fries, nuggets, both chicken and beef sandwiches too. I am pleased to see the addition of the fish sandwich (white Alaskan pollock) we also love the new orange vanilla coke flavour. Staff are very efficient. Clean eating area which is constantly being tidied by staff. Great value for your money.

It’s my first time going to Wendy’s in this location and first Wendy’s ever since more than 5years ago. There’s this fancy soda machine. I had trouble/didnt know how to use it. He saw and came over to help me. Very nice of him. Bet other fast food staffers wont do that

I think my chicken nuggets were from the Jurassic era they we so old. Burger was decent and the staff was nice.
