Screwed up my order not including a sandwich or condiment included in the bag. I’m a first responder and took them on good faith for doing their job so I could hustle back to my truck and return to work. Totally disinterested in providing customer service this evening. Will not be spending money there again.

We’ll, they just missed out on $142 order bc they refuse to answer their phone. No worries. D’Angelo’s gladly served us a GREAT dinner. Probably a lot healthier than this place. And cheaper. Driver got a $50 tip for driving all of 2.5 miles.

Service was much slower than usual. Staff at the drive through window seemed angry throughout the transaction. French fries weren’t even hot after waiting more than 20 minutes in the drive through just after 7:00 on Wednesday, 5/24. My usual destination when in the area has changed after this experience.

Food is on the pricey side for a fast food joint. You can get two meals for $12 at Burger King, albeit with coupons. Here it cost me around double that but I included a side of Chille and it cost $30. Service is on the slow side during lunch hours. Staff seem irritable. Chille had next to no beans and was mostly sauce. Spicy chicken was sparse on chicken and was mostly batter. Lemonade is on the sweet side.

Went thru the drive thru to order food and the person taking orders did not speak any English so we couldn’t order with a number with a sandwich only thing he knew was coke. Said forget it well go inside to speak with someone who spoke our native language of English. Went inside not one person spoke English we weren’t even able to order our food! I’m all for equal work place and opportunities, but in this case it’s at the expense of the customer. If you hire people who don’t speak English cool put some people on the same shift that do so we can get food at least. America is not a Spanish speaking country our language is English. Maybe put at least 1 English speaker on shift. I will not be going back to this location!

The manager is great. His employees not so much. We ordered sandwiches online with specific things requested due to food allergies and they constantly get it wrong. Which sucks for everyone because they end up wasting food aka money. Read the online slip carefully. If you’re going to be this slow making stuff then be 100 percent accurate. Don’t me slow and inaccurate too.

I hadn’t had Wendy’s in a long time and found one on Burlington. It was a gem. I always liked Wendy’s burger and Dave’s Double did not disappoint. Upgraded to large strawberry lemonade and baconator fries! Divine. But why 5 stars? SERVICE AND ATTITUDE! The gentleman greeted me and even took time to explain the menu to me. Something little like that is gold. Check out the seating and the cleanliness of this place!
