I ordered to go and the prices were different in person than they were online.

It’s an adorable little coffeeshop with some pretty delicious breakfast including some healthy options. The kids ordered a hot cocoa and my daughter said it tasted like hot milk and my son said it tasted kind of like chocolate milk. So the only critique I have is that the cocoa could be a little more chocolatey. Other than that, plenty of tables and a very nice staff! Also pretty sure they use eucalyptus toilet paper just a fair warning.

This is supposed to be huevos rancheros. The tortilla is just drenched in oil and barely fried and the whole thing is smothered in chili

Nice experience. Great food. I was in Reno and a local recommended Waldens. Nice coffee shop with food. Indoor and outdoor seating.I had the Italuan beef. Came with a great side salad. Coffee was reasonably priced and free refills.

Stopped in for breakfast and should have just walked back out the door when there was no one at the register or counter. There were no paper menus no menu board and no QR code to scan. So I looked up what they had available while I waited for someone to take an order. Got a plain black coffee and the avocado toast as I figured it was a safe bet. Boy was I wrong. The coffee had been sitting around too long and had gotten stale and bitter but otherwise flavorless. The avocado toast was a muddled mess of flavors that don’t go together. Under toasted dark bread, sliced avocado, bland oily hummus, flavorless pickled red peppers and pistachios on top for no reason. I will definitely not be returning.

Decent coffee but not so friendly employees. I get everyone has an off day but don’t take it out on your customers. They forgot about my oatmeal and I waited a good 25 minutes for it. Everyone who ordered after me received their order before me. When I finally received it, the oatmeal was halfway full and that was not worth $9.99. The girl working the kitchen was very rude and rolled her eyes a lot. Oh well.

Unique little coffee shop restaurant with fantastic coffee and sandwiches. Ample indoor seating with an outdoor patio; chill vibe. I’m personally not a huge fan of the big chain spots so prevalent in Reno, so this place is a breath of fresh air. The baristas know how to make a great latte and the food is far from generic. I’ll come back here for sure.

Best breakfast in town. Their waffle is the best I’ve ever had. The fried potatoes are spiced with paprika, salt and pepper and browned perfectly for a bit of crunch. My wife loves the avocado toast. The tuna melt is a great lunch item.
