love this waffle house! staff is always very friendly and attentive. the last time I went I got the all star special with biscuits and gravy and it was delicious! their gravy is amazing and their biscuits are perfectly made! highly recommend trying their biscuits and gravy. everytime I go to waffle house it is always delicious. I will probably be back again sometime this week because I love breakfast so much and it’s so cheap!

We were the only customers in the place at 10:30 am for breakfast, and we got waited on okay, she brought us our food and never came back to our table, she sat with a male coworker at the benches/bar seats, and I looked back at them and they were rubbing heads and looking at something on her phone. We had to speak up and ask for her to refill our coffee. She never came back to see if we needed anything, so when I paid the cashier, of course, I left NO tip and I told the cashier “the food was good, but the service was horrible” she just said “I’m sorry for that” I wouldn’t suggest going to this location. *It was silent in there too. The other employees left out the back after preparing our meals.

Can’t go wrong with any waffle house. Workers here are always so wholesome and down to earth. You get great service and great food and I personally couldn’t think of a better place to casually have breakfast lunch or dinner with a couple of friends.

After having a horrible night we all wanted waffle house cause we barely get it where we all live. The place was packed but we found a booth and had the seriously best waitress in columbia I can’t wait to go back and find out her name. She was so good at take orders making us feel at home even though they were packed. Way to go kitchen staff everything was prefect to order!! The waitress seen us laughing refilled our coffee and teas and just allowed us to be us since we had seen each other in a long time. Heres where the waitress went above and beyound it was literally freezing and she seen us trying to figure out who was gonna take a picture for us. No coat she ran out and took several pictures for us. As a mom I finally have a small fraction of the family but neither me or dad was missing this once!! Way to go with the service thats for sure.. We will be back and I.hope to see her again

“Takeout only” on a Saturday night? Really? The whole point of Waffle House, for most people, is that it’s open 24 hours a day. It’s the place you can hit for some grub and coffee after a late night when nowhere else is open.

Nice staff, but food is mediocre. Waffles weren’t crispy, more like pancakes in a waffle shape. The eggs were a bit overcooked, and everything tasted sort of generic.

Amazing as always, however, this time was especially wonderful because the cook whi has been there for 16 years knows how to run a kitchen!! He made our experience even better. We had a wonderful breakfast with Vicki this morning. Her service was fast and the food was great. My friend left her phone at the table and she ran out in the rain to return it to us. Talk about great service!
