Normally my food is great, however, upon fully placing and paying for an order, I showed up to a fully shut down restaurant due to the coke machines being replaced. Somehow it was an oversight to turn off the online ordering when the entire store was shut down. Complete and utter failure on managments behalf and I expect better in the future.

My food was fresh but service was terrible I sat at drive thru box for nearly 10 minutes despite being the only car and an empty lobby before I got a plain “hello? ” on the speaker, she didn’t answer my question about a menu item, and didn’t repeat my order. I got to the window and again waited a long time so I put my car in park. Window finally opens I’m not greeted or anything she just stuck out her hand for my card, and didn’t even give me my receipt so I can’t take the survey about the poor service. I haven’t been to Jack In The Box in years, with today’s service I think I’d be fine not coming back

The worker was so nice my husband and I were stuck far from home at night waiting for the bus after having all of our belongings stolen from us and we were starving. To top it all of my card declined and he still gave us some food to eat. He has no idea what that meant to us thank you!
