The pot stickers didn’t come with proper sauce. The grill shrimp was good, and the rice was perfect. When it was slow, the staff should’ve been cleaning. It was dirty by the beverage station. If you’re leaning, you should be cleaning.

Worst service had people waiting around cashier and cook didn’t even know what was going on had a bunch of food stacked had one guy waiting since before me and even asked him if he ordered and they didn’t even know he had ordered avocado is black old and stale. Also said restroom was not in service but I had used it and it was working perfectly seems like they put up that sign so the night shift doesn’t have to clean it up at the end of the day. Horrible I will just find another waba grill it’s not how waba grill holds there end ever just seemed like these employees could care less about it’s customers!

I’m not someone who likes to leave bad reviews, especially in this economy, but this Waba Grill is pretty bad. It’s taken several visits to get me to actually come & speak out because I’ve tried talking to the staff, & they’re probably some of the most careless people I’ve ever seen hold down a job. To begin, they’re all on their phone, blasting music. One of my most recent visits they were listening to Immortal Technique, which if you know who that is you know it’s not appropriate for any establishment. When you ask them a question, you really have to get their attention because they’re too busy talking amongst themselves (sometimes they’re even sitting on the counters lol) that you’re just inconveniencing them, & once you can get the question out they visibly show how little they care & they answer with short, unhelpful responses. My question this visit was, how did I just pay $10 this bowl? Their response: “that’s the bowl size”. It was barely covering the bottom with rice & it truly had such small amounts of chicken that it was infuriating because this isn’t the first time they do this. I said, “really because this only happens to me here?” They said “other cooks just get lazy & won’t measure it out”. What else was I supposed to say to that? I paid nearly $25 for 2 of these bowls because I choose white meat only. So fast forward to today where I visited another location, this is what their bowls look like. It’s touching the lid with how full it is & we can always break it up into two servings. I won’t come back to this Waba, just because you’re trying to save pennies everywhere you can doesn’t give you the right to short your customers who pay good money.

Bad service, bad attitude. The cashier allowed us to order before mentioning they don’t accept cash, only card. The place was musty and super dirty, you’d think with how lonely the place was and how they were just standing around, one of the employees would have time to clean up some tables. The person I was with ordered separately. When their number was called, the employee put my food in the same bag as theirs without telling them about it, so when she was asked she gave them a face and said it was mine. Girl couldn’t even do simple explaining so nobody would be confused. This place needs a huge deep cleaning and employee reevaluation. However, the food was ok so 2 stars.

Food is good. Costumer service horrible, the girl who answers the phone very rude. I don’t know if is the same one but the cashier is also very unpolite. She might hate her job because her attitude is very arrogant. Love waba grill but I rather go to a different location then deal with that girl.

Some good workers but I ordered a bowl with white rice and chicken they put WAY TOO much sauce I didn’t even ask for it. This is why they have a sauce shortage. Also I literally had the tinyest about of rice it’s like they’re trying to feed a 1 year old. So disappointed it was so gross and nasty. I ordered 5 dumplings they charged me for 10 and only gave me 7.never again don’t go here. Smh ‍♀️

Practically everything was out of order, the employees did not want to help, our order took about 30 minutes with nobody else in line. I really don’t know how they’re still standing. It’s so rare to find good customer service and good food in the same place.

The food was good, the young gentlement with short hair (cashier) was very helpful and polite, I asked him if I can use the bathroom real quick after I was done eating and he said yes. I waited a few minutes because it was busy being used by an employee. As soon as he came out he said I could not use the bathroom, it’s only for employees. That employee is a young average height with long black hair to the sides. I was in shocked because I’ve been too many different waba grills and that’s the first time I hear that!
