WaBa Grill has been a staple for our family. This location is solid, though it doesn’t offer the ribs that a few other spots do. The dumplings here are tasty, but at some locations they’re cooked a bit better—not burnt. Still, it’s a place we enjoy often, and our family loves coming back regularly.

I’m not someone who likes to leave bad reviews, especially in this economy, but this Waba Grill is pretty bad. It’s taken several visits to get me to actually come & speak out because I’ve tried talking to the staff, & they’re probably some of the most careless people I’ve ever seen hold down a job. To begin, they’re all on their phone, blasting music. One of my most recent visits they were listening to Immortal Technique, which if you know who that is you know it’s not appropriate for any establishment. When you ask them a question, you really have to get their attention because they’re too busy talking amongst themselves (sometimes they’re even sitting on the counters lol) that you’re just inconveniencing them, & once you can get the question out they visibly show how little they care & they answer with short, unhelpful responses. My question this visit was, how did I just pay $10 this bowl? Their response: “that’s the bowl size”. It was barely covering the bottom with rice & it truly had such small amounts of chicken that it was infuriating because this isn’t the first time they do this. I said, “really because this only happens to me here?” They said “other cooks just get lazy & won’t measure it out”. What else was I supposed to say to that? I paid nearly $25 for 2 of these bowls because I choose white meat only. So fast forward to today where I visited another location, this is what their bowls look like. It’s touching the lid with how full it is & we can always break it up into two servings. I won’t come back to this Waba, just because you’re trying to save pennies everywhere you can doesn’t give you the right to short your customers who pay good money.

Worst service had people waiting around cashier and cook didn’t even know what was going on had a bunch of food stacked had one guy waiting since before me and even asked him if he ordered and they didn’t even know he had ordered avocado is black old and stale. Also said restroom was not in service but I had used it and it was working perfectly seems like they put up that sign so the night shift doesn’t have to clean it up at the end of the day. Horrible I will just find another waba grill it’s not how waba grill holds there end ever just seemed like these employees could care less about it’s customers!

Awesome staff, amazing employees. I can never say no to their inexpensive bowls, and friendly service.
The employee Mehran has helped me numerous times, and has always been polite, kind and is very helpful when you come into the Waba Grill. Thank you for what you do Mehran.
I would recommend any bowl for anyone trying out a new place to eat. Really fast service and they respect the neighboring stores around them as well.

Love this location! Everyone was welcoming and cheerful. I may have been their last customer for the evening. You would never know it, I bet they had the same high energy as they did at the beginning of their shift. Seriously, all smiles . They were in the midst of cleaning and restocking. The girl cleaning the dining room floor was quick to make me aware of a possible slippery floor and directed me inside safely. I would like to personally thank Filinga, the cashier for being exceptionally polite. I Iove to interact with respectful younger people. The hiring manager should be pleased with 2nd shift. They’re parents, or whoever raised these kids did an outstanding job! As always the food was hot perfectly prepared and delicious. Whoop whoop!

These people deserve more credit, with the gym opening up they have done an amazing job with keeping up with increased orders/rush hours. I have been coming for post gym meals and they are super nice and my meals are always fresh and plentiful. I feel bad i dont know either of the names but the owner and young girl at the front make a good team and definitely deserve more credit than these older reviews say. Im down 23 lbs and i can thank them for the healthy meals since starting my journey.

if I could give it no stars I would. Their customer service sucked. I had a 50% BOGO coupon on my app that I had a long time, for some reason it needed me to update my email and it was acting up I had already shown my coupon to the manager but he told me I needed to be able to scan it. So I logged out and created a new account, he assured me the coupon would still be there, then the coupon disappeared and a different one for 25% off popped up instead. The manager would not honor my original coupon and said it was probably from the “weekend” his customer service was terrible, he saw the coupon and did not do the only right thing to do. I will never go back to this wanna grill again. They are over priced and won’t honor coupons that are digital. They are obviously clueless. I ended up not getting anything because I was so upset with how it was handled and I was polite the whole time. So I am upset and will not go to this location again.
