A place I go when I crave for healthy choice. I have not tried everything on their menu, but my favorite is the Superfood bowl and the Nutty Bowl. On crazy rainy days such as the last few weeks, Chimichurri wrap has been my go to item to order! I didnt realize they had the warm menu options as well!!

Had the tropical bowl here. The medium is already very filling on an empty stomach so unless you’re super hungry, I wouldn’t get the large, especially since it can melt. The flavor is sweet, tasty, and refreshing. My only gripe is how expensive it is. A medium bowl was around 12 dollars. I understand that it’s fruit, but I feel it’s a bit steep. Also be careful because even though it’s natural sugars, it’s still a lot of sugar.

Food is made to order. If there are orders ahead of you sometimes you will be waiting a while to get your order. It is best to use the mobile app to order ahead. Food seems fresh and tastes good.

I really like this place, but it’s a bit pricey and they seem understaffed.

Amazing food, great customer service, and spot-on safety measures. I went recently and ordered a large bowl in two, since a friend and I wanted to share but recognized that splitting the bowl ourselves might be risky. When we got our order, the order was in one large bowl. We went back, told them what happened, and they told us they’d make us another bowl rather than take the existing bag back to their workstation. Safety? Check. Customer Service? Check. To top it all off, the food was absolutely delicious and so filling. Can’t appreciate them enough!

UPDATE: I finally received an email response from someone named Nair (whose credentials were not shared with me), but it was just an apology, nothing more. For the cost of the açaí bowl, I would expect some type of compensation to have been offered. Save yourself the trouble; don’t waste your time at this Vitality Bowls location.

We needed some vegetables and went for the salads and a smoothie. It’s not difficult to make a delicious salad, and yet both salads committed several egregious sins. The kale was curly leaf and unaltered in any way- not massaged, nothing. Just a huge pile of kale with stems. The tiny dressing was broken (unemulsified, possibly frozen), with a layer of congealed oil on top of straight vinegar. It was the same with the spinach salad dressing. Very low effort. Plenty of greens, which saved them a star. The smoothie also lacked flavor, body, and it seemed even some of the ingredients listed. Also, at first sip seemed icey. A $10 smoothie should not have ice.

Place is good if you are willing to pay $$$ for what amounts to a smoothie in a bowl, and wait a while. They need to improve their staffing and speed of delivery, I usually always go to a place next door if I don’t have plenty of time to kill sitting around waiting for fruit to be blended.
