the owner came across as condescending after I called with a problem. basically my issue was with the chicken that was fairly large was tuff and didn’t seem fully cook. The rice was very mushy and tasted as if it had been partially warmed up. the owner went on to tell me how he knows that the chicken was cooked and the rice was fresh. as a customer I did not feel that it was. I did not feel or witness good customer service the food was not good and it could be just a consistent and maybe I caught them on a bad day. but no compensation of any type was offered.

OMG!!! I must say…I’m originally from Lafayette, La and lived in Houston, TX for 6 years. Between these two cities, and all the places I’ve eaten BBQ…this by far the best. This BBQ is so good, and the owners are so awesome…I made them honorary family members!!! I’m a leg quarters man, but my friends have told me time and time again..the brisket is amazing as well. If you have the time on a Saturday or Sunday, please stop by!!! The pic of the leg quarter shared was just an example of how tasty their food looks!!!

The brisket and pulled pork are amazing … so tender and full of flavor! The bbq sauce is really good with just the right amount of spice to it. All of the sides are great, especially the broccoli salad… it’s the best I’ve had by far!

Great BBQ. Portion sizes were large and the food was great. I ate the pulled pork it was very good…. If you want your choice of the full menu make sure you go early they had ran out of chicken and a few other things so get there when they open.

Menu says all dinners served with rice dressing & garlic bread & your choice of 2 sides, well my $13 plate only had the 2 sides no bread no rice dressing & I don’t think these ribs were even cooked today!! Seemed like left overs reheated on the pit. No thanks

Their sandwiches were sooooo good. No Jack Miller’s bbq sauce!!!! I forgot what kind they used but it was so awesome and it was a beautiful day at the Scott Mardi Gras parade
