Lady working tonight, December 23, 2025. At 9:40pm, white female blond hair, is VERY SLOW. She did not know what was going on, I waited almost 28 mins for 12 corn dogs. She came up to me and asked me twice if I ordered a specific thing and I said no, I had ordered 12 corn dogs and still waiting and all she said was “okay” and walked back. VERY SLOW workers tonight. NEVER waited this long.

This was the worst sonic I’ve been to. Employee was so rude and wasn’t even able to take my order correctly. I said hi she ignored me and snatched the drink from my hands when I told her my order was incorrect. My cup was very messy when I got it and she had some attitude. This is the worst sonic to go, I never really leave bad reviews but this one deserved it. I am so upset, the messy cup was enough for me not to want my drink.

If you want to waste your time and money I would recommend this place. I ordered ahead of time and waited over a hour to receive my food only for it to be incorrect and cold. Waited for over 30 minutes to receive a refund… how do you mess up a hot dog?

Amber was the name on the receipt. She said her name when she delivered my food but I wasn’t paying attention. Just wanted to say the lady who took my order and delivered my order gave me the best service I’ve ever had at Sonic! In fact better service than you’d get at a sit down restaurant. I work in the service industry and I’m assuming she must have a set steps of service that she seemed to follow perfectly. She repeated my order, offered condiments, add bacon for $1. When delivering my order again repeated my order and gave me a warm greeting and farewell. She deserves a raise!!

Went out of my way to get to this Sonic. Was it worth it? Yes. Amber was amazing! I’ll definitely be back to this location. Good service is very hard to find now a days. I always return to where there’s good service. And my first trip to this particular location, was great! Keep up the great work Amber. People notice your kindness. I sure did!
