Decided to try a new place. The Southwest salad was good not the best I have had but good. The dressing wasn’t my all time favorite. I also tried the peanut butter and banana smoothie which was very good. They have so many more options so I recommend this place so you can find something you like.

Was waited on very quickly which was extremely nice, especially at a mall. The bakery items looked devine, especially the oatmeal cream pies. We were looking for more of a drink option, and ordered the Orange Smoothie, PB and Banana Smoothie and a simple iced coffee. All were fantastic, had great flavor and high quality. Very satisfied. We sat outside and it was tremendous. There is sitting inside as well.

Love the food here. House made breads for the sandwiches. Fun multi-level layout, outdoor space to dine. The only drawback was the clientele, the guest in front of me in line took 20 minutes to decide what coffee she was getting.

Full disclosure… I am a cook here and very proud of it. They make great fresh food. Farm fresh eggs for breakfast sandwiches on fresh delivered bread daily. Healthy choices left and right. Great smoothies, fresh local coffee, and many many more options. It’s in the mall but you would never know. A great little oasis.

Unfortunately I got the Mikayla, I need egg was not poached it was cooked all the way through! so it just didn’t give me what I was looking for it was still good but that just kind of ruined it for me. I will definitely try to go back and try something different.

Love this place for a quick bite. I’m gluten sensitive however their toast tasting is always worth the discomfort and my favorite item on the menu (comes with butter and homemade strawberry jelly). They serve breakfast all day if still available, have a nice selection of hot and cold drinks including coffee, menu items that do not disappoint and a bakery for those of you with a sweet tooth. What’s not to like?

Good food, poor service. I went around 2:30 pm and there was a decent wait. That’s fine, but they didn’t let people know that they were out of all breads and smoothies until you got to the front. The manager was rude to the employees and wouldn’t help us. There were good bakery options and a gluten free/vegan cookie!

I have been a long time VB customer and will not return to any of these locations. They used to have better quality food and it’s gone downhill. My poor experiences are from the Victor and Culver Road location. This was my go to spot to purchase croissants and a Mikayla sandwich on busy mornings. Lunches consisted of grain bowls. The Mikayla order is always inconsistent. I’ve ordered this sandwich and lunch items over a handful times and last week was my breaking point. My egg was not poached like I asked. The egg was “soft-boiled”. This has happened a couple times before and I gave this place some grace. Grace has expired. One time it was so bad, i brought my sandwich home and fixed it myself. I poached my own egg and shouldn’t have to do this. If you’re going to offer poached eggs on your menu, it needs to be accurate. This is disappointing because I used to work in restaurants as a Chef for a long time and enjoy supporting this business. Poaching eggs is cooking foundations 101. Something is terribly wrong when you have a cook who doesn’t know how to cook an egg properly.
