The parking lot was packed on a Tuesday night at 7:00 pm but I was able to be seated immediately. Portions are adequate and fast service is good. I had manicotti and a salad that were fresh and well prepared. Soups are made in-house. Deserts are frozen. The sauce was excellent and salad veggies extra crispy and fresh. Bread is fresh daily and tasty. I always order soda water and I am happy to report clean ice that doesn’t taint the flavor of your drink. There is a bar for beer and wine and liquor. Restrooms were very clean. The owners are from Kosovo/Albania which is about 40 miles across the sea to Italy. I suggest you Google Albanian culture for entertainment if you have nothing else to do while you wait for your meal. A unique and interesting country!

Food was great, huge portions and great flavor. Price was a little high, but the food was worth it.

The rolls would hsve been great if some type of flavor was added. It was presented as a garlic knot. Plates were chipped. I had the taste of Italy dish and the lasagna and fettuccine was great and then there was this chicken patty that was a frozen microwave paper thin patty with a ton of sauce to mask it. The steak was raw on one side and well done on the other. We went from chipped porcelain plates to plastic desert plates. Service was slow and the price was a little too much for this type of experience. We never complain about our first experience, we just relay our honest opinions to you in hopes that it’s corrected and you have a better experience.

Lunch at Verona Italian Restaurant before a movie on our anniversary weekend. Got the baked pasta combos with minestrone for me, salad for my husband. Food was fresh, delicious, HOT, and exceptionally quick. Our server, Seth, was friendly, efficient, and really good at his job. Verona, he’s definitely an asset to your business. Tiramisu to top off the meal was divine. No, seriously, I’d walk some hot coals for a pan of that stuff. The place is immaculate (even the restroom) and very welcoming.

Went here for my daughter’s birthday with the in-laws,we are from nlr so it was quite the drive to Conway. We called ahead so there was no waiting on a table at all. The Staff was great but they really weren’t very busy for a 6pm dinner. I ordered the tour of Italy(gotta get my bang for the buck) The wife ordered the ravioli with pink sauce and for this place to have been ran by chefs we didn’t get chef quality food. My tour of Italy varied in warmth and some was even cold. How?? The kitchen was literally 20ft away. My Chicken Alfredo was not creamy at all,it was more of greasy butter that coated my lips like lip gloss. I was so disappointed since we came along way for authentic chef cooked Italian food. Maybe since they were incredibly slow they were out of sync or something but man… The price didn’t fit the quality. I heard they have another location so I’ll be checking them out soon.

My visit to Verona Italian in Conway was extremely disappointing. As soon as I entered the restaurant I was greeted by a heat wave and a horrible smell. I could smell what I could only imagine is some sort of dead animal in the ceiling. When I asked the server about the smell I was told it always smells like this. The staff’s lack of concern about the issue was disheartening, and it completely ruined my appetite, leaving me disgusted.

First time trying them out after hearing a lot of rave reviews. Absolutely perfect and lived up to everything I had heard. Tried multiple dishes in order to get an overall feel for the menu. Made several special requests which were catered to no problem. The service was on point, the food was excellent. My only regret is that I didn’t make more of an effort to try them sooner.

We expected a good dinner, but when we walked in the door to be seated, it had to be well over 80 degrees in the restaurant, which made for a very unpleasant atmosphere while eating dinner. No one likes to eat at a restaurant with sweat pouring down their face. The food, however, was delicious, and I would love to go back and give it another chance once they get the AC fixed.
