Ordered 4 quarter pounder meals for my family. We didn’t realize until half way through, our burgers were almost completely raw in the middle. My husband and I both work in restaurant management and this is completely inexcusable and unacceptable.

I visited this location at 8pm on 7/17/2023, I first tried the drive through and nobody would take my order, They had both lines open a set in one line as they took 6 orders from the other line, when I asked what was going on they said I just had to wait these were cars that were pulling in the parking lot and still ordering before me, So I went inside the lady in the back looked at me never said a word and never did take my order after about 15 minutes I just left, I honestly think my skin color played a roll in this, She even looked at me several more times and still nobody would take my order, very sad I’ve spent good money at this store in the past, not an employee in site

Drive thru took 45 minutes on 7/28/23 around 6:30p. There was one car ahead of me to order and maybe 6 cars in total before the food window, so I wasn’t expecting this long wait time. I had hopped off interstate for quick meal with 300 more miles to drive. Almost said hell with it a dozen times, and should’ve broken out of the line after paying but kept telling myself “just 5 more minutes”. On top of the long wait, my food was cold…sitting in the bag for ages while I languished in line. No idea what the struggles are at this location. I am genuinely a patient person, but it’s inexcusable to operate a business this way. If you can’t accommodate reasonable expectations for a drive thru, close it until you get caught up. Some people are passing thru and need quick food that McDonald’s usually offers as a brand. Never again!

Staff is Trash, they lie about breakfast hours, almost always have you park and wait 15-20 minutes to get your meal after waiting several minutes to get through the line, and overall has very poor standards of service. Would honestly prefer to dumpster dive for food instead of giving any amount of money to these sleezebags.

Stopped in today with 3 kids, paid via drive thru at 1:56 pm and they told Mr to pull to spot 4 and then nothing…. 10 minutes nothing…. 20 minutes nothing… go in and ask and am told nothing… they bring the food out 10 minutes after that and the order is wrong…. asked for a refund after waiting 40 minutes and was told I would have to wait for that too…..

11 am. only one table being used. All the tables are dirty. Food trays stacked at trash cans. Big Mac warm at best and looked like a 5 year old made it. The interior of this place looks terrible. You set at the table, and you feel you are back in grade school.

Walked in because the drive through had about 80 cars in it. One other person inside. I put in my order at 5:19, they were quick to come collect money at the register, then I waited another until 4:46. Then the guy comes up and says sorry no apple pie. I did not care about the apple pie but needed my order so I could go get me kid. Guy gave me some lip and gave me my bag. Of course half the fries were not in the box …. Very disappointed! Aside from that the floors inside were dangerously slick!

The young assistant Mgr, almost wouldn’t accept a receipt coupon or didn’t want to enter in cash register computer. My burger had some drip grease. Next time if receipt coupon not accepted or dishonored, then I will buy from Mr SUBWAY.

Yesterday’s visit was someone fast I think your employees are overwhelmed due to not enough staff but yesterday’s visit the food was good the food was hot and they got the other completely right which normally doesn’t happen at this restaurant

one of the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to. they forgot my drink that I PAID for and the quarter pounder I received was soggy. please just go to the one at the loves station 5 minutes away instead of this place.
