This branch needs more help. Staff were struggling to serve food fast. I appreciate Zach so much. He’s working so hard manning the cashier, and taking food orders to the table and out to the drive thru. Food was served made fresh but it took so long because they need more people. also, love their pumpkin spiced iced coffee!

I went there today, December 11th 2023 at 10:20 a.m. I pulled into the number five mobile app curbside spot. I ordered on my app when the order was completed, it did not let me put in my space number for the order. I went inside and spoke with the manager. She was not helpful and rude and told me I would receive a refund from my bank in 3 to 4 days. I did not receive what I ordered. So after I left and couldn’t find a district managers phone number I called back and spoke again with the same manager I had spoke with inside the McDonald’s. She again was rude and at first refused to give me the district managers name and number. When I asked again, she said his name was Seth Humphries and hung up without providing a contact number for Mr. Humphries.
I’m obviously dissatisfied with her service and attitude. I do hope she does not treat others this way and that she was having a bad morning. I am disappointed that I paid for something I didn’t receive.

Ordered 4 quarter pounder meals for my family. We didn’t realize until half way through, our burgers were almost completely raw in the middle. My husband and I both work in restaurant management and this is completely inexcusable and unacceptable.

I visited this location at 8pm on 7/17/2023, I first tried the drive through and nobody would take my order, They had both lines open a set in one line as they took 6 orders from the other line, when I asked what was going on they said I just had to wait these were cars that were pulling in the parking lot and still ordering before me, So I went inside the lady in the back looked at me never said a word and never did take my order after about 15 minutes I just left, I honestly think my skin color played a roll in this, She even looked at me several more times and still nobody would take my order, very sad I’ve spent good money at this store in the past, not an employee in site

This is my local McDonald’s and I come to it probably every other day they’re very on top of it. If you use the app and have codes, I do it all the time and they never miss a beat a little bit of work to the outside of the trash is cause it’s usually open the trash going everywhere so maybe if they could work on that I’d be great to make the store cleaner on the staff is normally very friendly very communicable very clear drive-through. The only issues I’ve ran into you is sometimes when you get a pie, they don’t have enough pies. If you get more than one you have to wait a little bit sometimes at lunchtime for McChicken’s cause I have to cook the chicken you know completely fine cause I have to cook it. Sometimes you go in and the sandwiches look great and sometimes you go in the sandwiches look like the throw together just depends on what you get, but I’ve never received anything nasty from this restaurant. Everything is always been good. There’s not really a whole lot of times that I went through even when I’ve ordered a lot of food that I’ve had to wait more than five minutes for my food and I appreciate that cause I’m always on the game.

I go here pretty much every morning that I work. Had a few minor issues in the past. Not a big deal. This morning I get my usual and was asked to pull up to window 3 as they were just waiting on my hashbrown. I wait, get my food and head to work. At work I am having the absolute worst day ever and finally get a second to sit down. I decide to eat my hashbrown because I only have a few minutes. Do you know what was not in my bag?
