Valentino is no longer the original Valentino. My food was disgusting. I ordered the chef salad. I was expecting to get fresh crispy lettuce and I got soggy old lettuce. Look like they may have scraped it off somebody else’s plate just to save lettuce and my whole dinner was a disaster I will not be. Going to Valentino

I am contacting the dm or gm of this restaurant to report negligence, grievance, and discrimination regarding your store staff and gm on duty. Around 1:45 a.m I placed an order for a medium pizza to be ready, they gave me an quote of 15-20 minutes which is suitable. However, when entering the store and going to the counter, I was told by one of the staff that my order wasn’t even made. While I understand it can be difficult to maintain orders, I called ahead just so I would NOT have this problem. Now, while waiting for them to make my order, it is going on 2:30 a.m. No costumers in the store other than me so why did it take 45 minutes to make a 12 inch pizza. Now upset, I ask to speak with the MoD and no one wanted to provide a name or the person. Now I began to be vocal and they send out this lady who appears to be the MoD. She came out with the nastiest, rudest, and most impolite answers to give to an costumer and did not even want to engage in the dispute. Now I begin to ask for the actual GM and DM number and she told everyone not to give it out nor give out the number to cooperate or name of the GM. I felt as this was a discriminated action on her part, cause if I were white she would provided it with no hesitation. She walked to the back of the store and began to use her phone, not even returning to the front. The whole staff is unacceptable as they laughed while costumers did not get their order on time especially the dark skinned lady who is on the reg. The only person who actually provided some service was the African waiter who was very understandable.

Purchased chicken Alfredo it is now 12/16. The manager on duty was a woman I drove 35 mins to pick up my food got home bit into the chicken it was completely pink rubbery and uncooked. The manager was rude dismissive and never apologized for the inconvenience. She didn’t care at all. This could’ve been a lawsuit. I could’ve gotten sick. The staff managers etc need to treat customers better after Being served RAW MEAT. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog

The food is a bit pricey but absolutely delicious and honestly two crabcakes with alfredo is so generously portioned it makes for two whole meals for me. I chose this place for my birthday dinner, and since dining in was closed we got it as carry out and enjoyed at home. The crabcakes are huge and delicious and the alfredo is really good too. We tried the mixed Cream of crab and Maryland crab and that was interesting though I personally prefer the cream of crab on its own. Really good breadsticks too.

Came here 3/17/19. The restaurant wasn’t packed at all . It was a Saturday. It was very clean , not really loud , it had like a chill, relaxed vibe/ atmosphere here. Service was nice , efficient, fast and not overbearing. They gave me plenty of time to look over the menu . There was approximately a 20 min wait for my food. I had two appetizers which was the buffalo wings and the Dolomades which both were really good . The food was still hot and delicious . Prices are reasonable. The portions are wonderful sizes . Just the appetizers alone could fill you up if you ordered two of them . In the pics below is the chicken fettuccine alfredo which is my favorite , the Salmon platter with mashed potatoes and mac & cheese , extra sides of broccoli and cheese , and the shrimp scampi with angel hare pasta. Everything was good. Be aware though if this is your first time here because they automatically add a 15% tip to whatever your bill is . But anyway I’ll definitely be coming back many times.

Poor customer service. The food was terrible. Lasagna was sour and vegetables taste like plastic. The manager would not satisfy the issue and used company policy as an excuse. Will not be returning and neither should you.

The salad is the only thing that is edible here. Do not go for the steak, my steak was mushy, salty and tasted like it had been in the freezer. They served me ice cold Mac and cheese. I didn’t not finish that meal. However I did finish the Seafood Caesar salad (scallops, shrimp, crab meat)

I placed a order of 2 shrimp cheese steak sub 1 cheese burger sub that was really good . How at the same time I placed a order of shrimp scampi on Tuesday around 7pm which was supposed to be my dinner today Wednesday 2, the food wasn’t what I order after opening it up for dinner it was very tangy and very creamy with a bad smell, after calling to get a replacement meal after spending $72.00 they would not replace my order, I see this is how the treat a person whom visually impaired, after get someone to go over the menu, they don’t even had it on the menu, so now I have to trash this smell food they sold me
