I am glad I came to this place because I heard so much about it. I’ve been to many Japanese restaurants so I was eager to try their sashimi along with other dishes.

Went here for date night and couldn’t say enough good things about it! From the staffs to the atmosphere to the food and drinks, everything was perfect from start to finish. We sat at the sushi bar and Jonathan took excellent care of us. He even gave us complimentary desserts! Our plates were bussed constantly to make space and our utensils switched out for new ones as needed. We never had to wait long for anything as every members of the staff were extremely attentive, constantly checking in on us. The food alone made the experience 10/10 already but the service we received exceeded and tipped the scale. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

I attended a private dinner in the upstairs dining room. Very nice, minimalist room, with its own attached open kitchen. Perfect for our event. The waitstaff were super knowledgeable and friendly, as is usually the case with the Uchi brand. The food was excellent. Every bite perfect. Highly recommend the restaurant and highly recommend the private room for an event.

Ambiance here exceeds Uchi. A very interesting experience doing Omakase for 4 people. The dry aged duck, hearth roasted lobster and dry aged zabuton were my favorites of the night. Dessert was also finely crafted and relatively light. Oh and the service here, as expected, is exceptional.

Everything, literally everything, is delicious. The food is even better than what we had in Japan. Must try the cranberry dessert. So unusual, so tasty. Oh, thank you so much Evan for the recommendations and the birthday wish!

Enjoyed happy hour at Uchiko. Phenomenal service and attention to detail. Everything arrived quickly and was fresh and intentional plated. I enjoyed all the nigri but felt the rolls and tastings were better at Uchi downtown location.

Probably one of the best Japanese restaurants in the US, great friendly service, delicious cocktails, the unusual rice with kimchi is excellent, rolls are great, uni tastes fresh and desserts are worth the calories (we had 3…)
