The brisket is fantastic here! It’s so tender that the cheap plasticware is enough to cut through using the fork! The flavor is different from the other briskets I’ve had and the sauce used with it gives a bit of punch. Then we get to the sides. The home fries are dangerous. I had a pile, but I want more! The slaw has a bit of a twist in it with the addition of the pickle. If you’ve only eaten slaw like you get at KFC, it’s a bit jarring. It wasn’t bad, but I’m going to try something else for my second side.

Maaaan this is the place right here. Ubon’s bbq is one of the best in the business. I got to try just about everything and it was A MA ZING!! I love this place, they just treat you right here. Food was pretty good. REPLY TO OWNER: We had to clean our own table due to only one server and there were dead flies on the table. The flies were aggressive because they flew on my food when I was about to eat it. My daughter had to stop me from eating or I would have eaten the fly. If you can get rid of the flies, you deserve 5 stars.
