This is the SLOWEST Sonic I’ve ever been to in my life! It doesn’t matter if you go through the drive thru or curbside.This has been my third attempt to get food from here and every time I end up leaving without any food because the wait has been so long. Sonic on highway 80 is the slowest Sonic I have ever in my life went to. They always get my order wrong. I asked for grill onions every time. Never get it right. Always puts raw onions on my burger. I do not like that. These patties here are super dry and I have to drive too far to go back. I tried to call the number. I guess they don’t have one. I can’t get a hold of no one. I do not recommend this place. Go to the Sonic on Somerville road or Columbus

10/10 would not recommend. My experience here was mixed the male that I spoke to in the drive through was polite. We had to go to one of the drive in stations to order because the ice cream machine needed to be clean so no big deal. When we attempted to order the female was rude and definitely didn’t know what was on the menu at all. I had to ask for the same things multiple times and then she would read back my order incorrectly (could be the speaker system there but I doubt it). About mid way through my order she cut me off and said give me a second and then we didn’t hear back from her so we left after about 10 minutes of waiting. Terrible experience and they need to hire people that actually want to work.

Closing is 11p. I drove up at 10:43p. I said I just wanted a couple ice creams. I got told by some woman (girl?) “We are done selling anything else tonight!” I was happy when they opened a Sonic near me but EVERY TIME I have been there since they opened, the service takes AT LEAST 30 minutes, it’s wrong 9 of 10 times, the staff are rude 1/2 the time and the trash cans outside are overflowing. Tonight was my LAST time ever going there. I will just drive the few more miles to the Sonic on Summerville Rd. At least over there the management does their job and makes sure the service is polite & prompt, the orders are accurate, and the food is well made. I don’t see Sonic on 80 lasting long as horribly as it’s run anyway. Wendy’s didn’t have a problem serving me after I left though. I won’t waste my time crossing the street next time.

This is the worst sonic I’ve ever encountered!!! Every time I’ve gone to this location it’s been awful and I say I’m never going back, but today all I wanted was a drink! How can you mess that up!?? I had to tell her she was ringing it up wrong. I ordered a strawberry limeade. She up charged me for the strawberries that are suppose to already be in it! She said she would bring it to the manager’s attention lol. I was like if I order the same thing on the app it’s a different cost. You are ringing up a cherry limeade and adding strawberries as an up charge all I want is a regular strawberry limeade. Anyways I wasn’t going to argue over .50 it was just the principle. I don’t think this location stands a chance if it keeps operating the way it is.

In the app order, steak n bacon burger for the 1st time on Sat 1/7, along with other stuff. Truck hadn’t come in so no steak burgers & truck would be in on Mon. Picked up today, 1/10. Asked for lg tots for inconvenience. Denied. Sandwich brought home with NO bacon!! REALLY?? UPDATE 2/4 In app order: arrived Untoasted, no xtra chz, no xtra onions, no BACON AGAIN!! Your 1st response SUCKS!!

They decided to clean their milkshake machine during lunch on a Sunday…. She was very rude about it. Once my daughter figured out what she wanted to drink since she could not get a milkshake, I told the lady and she never responded. Finally drove off. Poor service/attitude. Other times we have stopped here it has taken 20 plus minutes for a single shake. Very slow service. Would not recommend this location.
