I am not sure what the others are complaining about. Maybe the owners have changed things recently or maybe lunch and dinner have different service. My experience has been nothing but incredible. Great food, everything we have had has been home made: lasagna, spaghetti with meat sauce, catfish (with hush puppies), Italian spinach, sautéed veggies, chicken parm. Low prices– you would be hard pressed to find a better lunch deal short of going to a fast food place.Simply delicious, and the owner and her son have been wonderful and more than accommodating. I love this place.

terrible management. Literally waited for 2 and a half hours for our food. even messing up our order. We asked several times how much longer we would have to wait and kept getting told “it’s coming out of the oven now”. After speaking to a manager, we never received an apology and she even walked away without a word while we were still talking with her. When she walked out of the room, she obviously didn’t realize we could still hear her, but she was bad mouthing our table because of our complaints. After more waiting, she finally returned with an even worse attitude and asked us “Well what do you want me to do about this?” All we were looking for was an apology and explanation. NOT RECCOMENDED BY ANY MEANS.

Place is almost dead. The food is great. Service is kind of lack luster but I believe the kids are just surprised to see someone. They just need a little direction and leadership. Give it a try. I don’t believe you’ll be disappointed.

Every time that we have gone there it has been excellent service the restaurant was clean the employees there are friendly they go above and beyond to get you whatever you want but they don’t bug you while you’re trying to eat and have a nice conversation with your friends. Placed a pickup order and came in the time they told me to. Nobody would help me for 20 min so i left. Ive also ordered from there and it has been wrong and/or cold. If you want this kind of food. I highly recommend avalinos in Southaven there worlds better than tuscany.
