New Jersey! Our newest location, Tsujita NJ Artisan Noodles, is now open in Fort Lee! We are proud to present customers with an authentic Japanese taste. The Tsujita restaurant company houses 4 different styles of ramen at our various locations. Tsujita NJ Artisan Noodle features our original tsukemen recipe that started it all. The broth is simmered for 15 hours daily to create the richness and umami that people have been enjoying for the last 17 years! We are excited to serve the New Jersey community and share our unique Ramen flavors.

Been waiting to try this spot since it opened not too long ago and it didn’t disappoint. the broth is flavorful and the noodles were nice and springy. I came for a late lunch and we had the dinning room pretty much to myself. The space is very open and airy and the staff is very welcoming. Worth trying if you are in the area!

loved it. quite possibly the most satisfied ive been during a dining experience in NJ. it was very different from things ive tried before, and the staff was super helpful in figuring out how everything worked. first time having chashu, and that stuff is life changing. i got a deluxe tsukemen, and the variety in toppings and the richness of the flavor was amazing. only issue was that it’s pretty high in the sodium, but just wash it down with water. portion size is great. most of the time i feel disappointed after eating out bc my money is gone, but tsujita was worth every cent. seriously one of the best meals ive ever had.

I had the spicy tonkotsu with the pork shoulder on the side. The broth was on the lighter side which was perfect due to the quantity that was served. I split my appetizer and managed to eat my ramen as well. The place was nice and chill and was playing some Japanese style music in the background. The menu was simple and not confusing and they offer hot tea to go from Umacha which was delicious and perfect for the spring weather. If you love ramen, this place is a must try.

Noodles were perfect! Ajitama was perfect, yolk was still runny, So GOOD! Broth was so flavorful! It’s real Japanese original Tsukemen. Definitely would go back for more. It was also so filling so you don’t have to worry about not having enough. The broth sticks to the noodles really well so it’s easy to get a lot of flavor in each bite. Would highly recommend.

A delightful place to eat … especially if you like Ramen. Food is delicious. Both the ramen and the tsukeman are rich and flavorful. The shaved ice is a must. Service is great. A must try if you are around the area.

This place is always full! My partner and I, we were extremely fortunate to come for lunch on Sunday and there was no wait time!
