My wife and I loved it! It felt like such a deal and the pizza was so good 🙂 we ordered a bit early and everything was ready and set up when we arrived! Blaine served us and even though we had to use multiple forms of payment he was very kind and patient. They were even willing to take a special request to cut it into squares for us just for fun. Highly recommend!

Really appreciate the University Ave. store and especially Blaine! We came in ten minutes to closing but he still patiently took our orders. He was so kind and he deserves a big shoutout. By far an amazing experience with excellent customer service.

Had the pizza ready very quickly! Each time I come in to pick up they greet me well. They make sure we need anything to accompany our food. The pizza was hot and delicious. Best pizza hut to order from. And they show you the pizza if everything is right. Will be ordering here more.

Very friendly service! We walked in and we were greeted with smiles and care to make sure we got the right order placed. They had a very kind tone in their voice (which is more than a lot of take out places). And kept us updated on our food. Pizza was brought out with a smile and we saw multiple customers leave happy!

This is the worst time I’ve ever had. I will never eat at Pizza Hut again now. I ordered my food. They had it delivered. The guy said he was here. I waited outside for over 30 minutes. No one ever showed up. I called them 5 times each time. They transferred me to the store. I got hung up on first of busy signal then deadline. And when I did talk to somebody that could not help me in any way. Shape or form hell. I don’t even know if i’m getting my money back thirty five dollars for an absolute runaround. This company’s got one hell of a great con going on. I guess now on top of it. I will have to waste more time and actually go to the store. This is ridiculous. Think twice ’cause it will cost you more than it’s worth in my opinion!!!!!

When my sister and I went in, Paula promptly greeted us and seemed to remember us from the last time we came in and knew which names on the orders were ours! Made us feel special to be remembered 🙂
Pizza Hut is usually too pricey (why I did 4 stars as an overall. Also the app seemed to be on the fritz after the latest update. But my recent experiences have been practically 5 stars.) But the $2 personal pan Tuesdays was great and now the $4.99 Medium Mondays are a great deal. I hope Pizza Hut keeps coming up with great deals so we can frequent it more often.
