Walked in and a woman was being helped buy one staff walked up and waited 10 minites for someone to help me with my order there was 2 other staff in the back room on there phones while i was standing waiting to be helped Staff was hard to communicate with to the point we’re i was over cMike’s. And thought about leaving because of the communication barrier. Was not my best experience at jersey mikes.

She was genuine, charismatic, personable, on point, greeting me right away providing EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. No doubt in my mind that this woman does not fully exceed expectations, she’s an EXCEPTIONAL employee who goes ABOVE AND BEYOND and this corporation is ABSOLUTELY lucky to have her! Overpriced, overhyped, and undervalued. I got a regular sized sub, about 6″, and it was over $11. The staff is all African, and I couldn’t understand anything they said. There’s better sub shops out there. I thought I’d give it a try and was underwhelmed. I usually prefer local establishments over chains anyway. Stick to a local sandwich shop if you can find one.

Firstly the sandwich was quite yummy. Unfortunately I had to wait 20 minutes for my sandwich and repeat instructions numerous times. I’m also concerned by the attitude of said employees. There was a communication barrier but they decided to stand around and chat while I waited and many other sandwiches came out that had been ordered after I ordered. The system definitely needs work to be more efficient and the employees need some more guidance.

My first stop into any Jeresy Mikes- I got the Regular sized Philly cheese steak as is- pretty good- bread was fresh ( Rosemary ) taste was good- thought the meat and veggies portion was a bit lite for $10.00 personally. The service wasn’t the best but it also wasn’t the worst- maybe it was because they just opened? Everyone just kinda looked at me- and when I was helped I couldn’t really understand what the person was saying. Not bad- just a little rough start- I’ll go back as I’m sure some of the lacking customer service was because they are literally a brand new location. Solid B- overall
