Love it! One of the best Japanese noodles you can find outside of Japan. The eggs were cooked so perfectly that I ordered 2 eggs next time. Their rice starters are decent but I’d recommend the spicy tuna than the salmon for sure. Dip noodles gets cold easily when sitting outside.

Tsujita is my go-to ramen noodle spot when I go to LA. Located in the bustling heart of Sawtelle, known as “Little Osaka” of Los Angeles, Tsujita LA Artisan Noodle is a ramen haven that’s earned its stellar reputation through sheer culinary mastery. Amidst an enclave celebrated for diverse eateries, Tsujita stands out as a pilgrimage site for ramen enthusiasts.

They have a pretty good Tsukeman. Noodle is chewy enough, and sources have complicated tastes based on seafood. I like it, Chashu was good, but it’s not my taste. Good restaurants ^^

Was really yummy!! I didn’t get the noodles– so I can’t speak on those besides the fact that they looked yummy. I got the salmon bowl and it was SO filling. It was literally the only thing I ate that whole day. It was warm and flavorful & it felt so comforting to eat. I’d go again just for the bowl. Area’s a little hard to park in, but it’s LA. It’s near a lot of dessert places & right across the street there was another restaurant that was the same name?? Idk what the diff is though.

My first time tried Charsiu Tsukemen. It’s delicious. When we eat, we will drop some lemon in the ramen & dip the ramen in the soup. The soup is thick & nice smell. I love it. Recommend for anyone want to try should have medium size. It’s a real big bowl of ramen. My man cannot finish the large size. Abt the service, we were waiting outside a while & no staff come & ask. Generally, it’s a real delicious Japanese ramen that you guys should try.

Checked Google read the comments that’s why we came there on a very chilly evening. You can request seat inside but limited seats. Waiting for 15 mins for a table of 2 in 530pm on Monday I am sure I should not go in weekend. We ordered both Charsiu Ramen in soup and Tsukamen in large portion. The hot soup Ramen is really hot and rich in taste but salty. Feel not thirsty guess less or no msg added. Noodle was a bit firm in bite. Charsiu in sliced was so so. The Tsukamen soup was not hot enough. The Tsukamen in bowl was cool while serving. Mixed them well it was cold. Concentrated soup is more salty as expected but charsiu were dried like stone. Overall disappointed on Tsukamen but raman is standard generally.

Did not get tsukemen ramen, which is what most people are here for. The ramen and tuna rice bowl side were average at best. Service was kind but definitely felt rushed as they’re maximizing turnover.

Absolutely love this place ! I can’t believe I haven’t tried Tsujita earlier! It definitely has been major June Gloom in LA with this cloudy ⛅️ and drizzly ️ weather. So the artisan noodles and hot broth were so perfect on a cold day like today!

Tsujita has a lot of hype around it and after avoiding it somehow for many years I finally tried it. They’re known for their dipping ramen and come often recommended so we ordered one of each of the Tsukemen and Tonkotsu.
