The food was good. We got a classic cheese burger with fries, steak with mash potatoes and green beans and house salads. They have big quantities. Mash potatoes needed salt and green beans were mid. Steak was chewy and over cooked. That burger, however, was delectable. This place is worth it for the burgers and wings.

I came in to Applebee’s to get some takeout as I was tired from a long day and just wanted to pick up dinner and head to my hotel to relax, sit, and eat and continue relaxing. The young lady that brought me my menu was friendly like she had know me for years she made some suggestions then I ordered my meal Ribs and broccoli and my just incase meal shrimps and chicken with mash potatoes, now I figured this might take some time so why just sit and wait I figured I would get the Double chocolate cake with a scoop of ice cream. Oh Lord, hmmmm, delicious delicious delicious. I would recommend this Applebee’s to everyone , ( tip ) they do not take AARP so don’t look for a discount, it’s clean and ample parking. I understand if the restaurant is short staff no problem with that however customer service is trash. While I was standing waiting to be seated, no one acknowledged me, not even the waitress who walked past me to give someone a drink.. I don’t know what the food tastes like because Ieft. Do better with your paying customers!!!!

Went on Sunday, arrived around 1:40 to meet up with our friends. Our orders were placed, the drinks came out quickly. However; our food on the other hand didn’t come out until an hour and a half later. The restaurant wasn’t busy and was not crowded. The bathrooms were disgusting especially the men’s room. Some of the dishes were also filthy. The food appeared it sat under a heat lamp for a long while before it was brought to us. There were plenty of servers and we as guest shouldn’t have to wait forever for our orders. This establishment needs to be overhauled.

From a returning customer that usually come there to eat in the evening, I decided to go there this Sunday afternoon for my son and my friend’s birthday celebration. The service was okay given that the store was very slow and low on customers. Arrived there at 1:30pm. We didn’t get our food until 2:45pm. I actually ordered an entree for once. My food was terrible and didn’t get everything that came with it. Reported it to my server who then notified the manager that never came to our table. My server gave me the lame excuse as to why my food was the way it was from management. When the dessert came out for my son and my friend, my friend’s brownie was hard and my son’s dessert was presented on a dirty plate that he previously had food on it. I was so upset that not only would I not come back but I will not come back in the evening and plan another fun time with my friends else where. My server did what she could but she knew herself that our food service was terrible. If I do go to another Applebees I will stick to the appetizers.

When we were finished eating the manager Rodney came to our table and wanted us to rate his place. That was fine, except for the fact that he wanted us all to rate the place 5 stars and did not leave until he was sure he got what he wanted. Some of these reviews are probably inflated
