It’s a tough 5* because the wait times to get seated and receive our drinks were extremely long. But the friendliness and efficiency of William definitely made up for it.
Our group showed up late on a Saturday night, and was made aware that the restaurant was short-staffed.
After finally being seated, we met William who took our detailed orders without writing anything down. We were amazed when everything we ordered was delivered which made us appreciate the magic of William even more.
The food quality was good, on par with what we expected from dining at Applebee’s. Vegetarian options were extremely very limited.
The vibes were good, especially with the reggae tunes that came on after midnight. Overall a very enjoyable night!

This establishment is very clean and smelled like fresh food! It wasn’t busy when we were there. The tvs were all playing football and the energy was lively!
Destiney, our waitress took care of all our needs. She is a great multitasker with bartending and serving.
Food was warm and delicious. We had our child with us- Destiny was very accommodating and accessible to us. All countertops were cleaned thoroughly and trash was nonexistent. Great restaurant.

GM is amazing! Camila! Runs it efficiently and effortlessly. Spoke promptly when I entered and it was genuine and I really loved that and appreciated that. She made my mango margarita and it was delicious . I ordered the prime rib dipper and fries there was pretty delicious. I later on had the trio mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and fried shrimp. That shrimp was so good. Onions rings nice and hot and crunchy, mozzarella sticks were good. The service was amazing. The restaurant was clean and the bathrooms were clean also. The environment and vibe was soooo good. I really enjoyed myself that I went back the next day. Same amazing service, atmosphere and drinks.

Had a great experience at this Applebee’s! The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was amazing. Our bartender Regenia was very friendly. So was Kya and Camilla as well for their great customer service. The staff really made the visit enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!

Visited this place yesterday for what was supposed to be a quick dinner. There was no wait and Tabitha seated us. The place was pretty empty only about 6 tables so it was perfect. We waited ten minutes just for the server to come to the table. Noticed the couple across from us waiting for a long time as well as an elderly couple a couple booths back. The elderly couple were served burned ribs and ended up walking out after the long wait. The couple across from me waited over an hour for their meal AFTER waiting 30 minutes for their appetizers. We waited a full HOUR and 15 minutes for our two burgers. I will say the food was fresh and hot but not worth the hour plus wait in an empty restaurant . The server Jayquan wasn’t very attentive at all. Luckily we didn’t need anything because he never asked after he brought the food out. The manager didn’t really seem to have a handle on anything. SO DISAPPOINTING I won’t be back.

This was a great midday experience. Super smooth, great music, drinks were amazing, and the food was great. I sat at the bar and was blessed with the best server/bartender named Octavia. She made my drinks to perfection and took really good care of me, the rest of the staff was sweet as well. It’s been a while since I’ve gotten a “perfect steak” from a restaurant, but whoever their cook is today made THE PERFECT Steak. Overall, will be back — see you guys next week.
UPDATE (7/10/2025) — STILL LOVE THIS PLACE. Came in late while Jasmin L was here and babyyyy it was a vibe. Cool personality and she gets you taken care of fast. Definitely coming back to catch this lil vibe again.

My husband and I dined in tonight with Daiden!! Superb service ! My husband didn’t like his drink he ordered and Dai made sure to correct his drink along with his order! He comp my husband drink due to its taste and presentation. Today is my brother’s birthday and he died 5 years ago! He made our dinner date amazing with excellent customer service! He made sure we were satisfied with our order ! Great communication skills !! He definitely needs a raise and promotion! Some of the staff should take notes on how to provide excellent quality customer service and professionalism!

They have a lot of room for improvement. Our server was new and he providee better service than the seasoned staff. They didn’t have silverware so we had to use plasticware. I probably wont be back. The food was pretty good though.

We waited about 12 minutes to be seated, which was understandable at first. However, after being seated, we waited another 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging us.
A table next to us was seated after we were, yet the staff member who sat them immediately took their order. While taking their order, the waiter looked back at our table but still walked away without speaking to us. I also noticed him entering their order and speaking with a female waitress, yet no one came to greet or assist us.
I was really looking forward to enjoying your menu, but after being ignored for that length of time, we became frustrated. Additionally, my husband was upset about the condition of the men’s restroom, which he said was very unclean.
Rather than escalate the situation, my husband, son, and I decided to leave and go to Chili’s instead.
With so many open tables available, the level of service we experienced was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other families do not have the same experience.

Reigning Reptiles
The dark haired, young man who was manager was really great. We had a large group after Netherworld and they were a bit over whelmed but the staff was great handling all of us and other groups. The manager was hands on and involved in helping his staff take care of tables (which most managers never do) so I was really impressed with everyone working together. The bar did a great job keeping up with the dining room AND juggling a full bar of customers that were there to watch the game. Great job!
