I would not recommend this place. Our hibachi chef had a “NOSEBLEED” while preparing our meals. Everyone in our party complained about the “NOSEBLEED” and the service. The table waiter admitted that the chef has “NOSEBLEED” often. They threatened to call law enforcement if we didn’t pay. So if anyone or their family is planning on going eat there. “STAY AWAY THEY NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN”

Our cook had a nosebleed right over our food and the manager brushed it off and didn’t care. Also the card machine was down and our gratuity bill was 30 bucks But we barely had a waitress! The lack of concern for our health and experience made me a kind of upset! I do not recommend anyone go here! Who knows what goes on behind closed doors in the kitchen if they allow someone that has a nosebleed to cook food in front of everyone!

This place was THE WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. I never leave reviews but this one is for ANYONE WHO IS CONSIDERING going to this place. The cook nose didn’t only bleed while at our hibachi grill but he was dripping sweat, he barely knew what he was doing felt like. Their “wifi was down” “card machine down” no liquor license, dirty grill and table. My lemonade was disgusting. We were OVERLY charged for POOR SERVICE AND A BLEEDING CHEF. Management did NOTHING. Our waiter was only at the table to give us a speech on how to order and brought us our salads/soups and the bill. They charged us $20 for drinks and we only ordered lemonade and tea. We were charged SEPARATELY FOR EACH REFILL. NO SPECIALTY DRINKS WERE ORDERED. No card machines, however she still managed to give herself 18% gratuity and did nothing but tell us what they couldnt do. They threatened to call the cops after we attempted to pay MOST of ticket. They didn’t deserve anything. We felt extorted after leaving and nothing being done about anything including our mystery food. PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE. ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The chief nose started bleeding while cooking the food . We told the manager she stated “yes that’s our cook that happens all the time “ nonchalantly didn’t do anything about it and just walked away . No refund not even a discount. Plus the credit card machine was down .

absolutely horrible experience. reservation was at 6:30. didnt get seated until 7:20. We didn’t eat until almost 10 o clock and the food was gross. TIP was still added though. We ate one item at a time.

Hour and a half to get our food, 15 min Misgreet, staff complaining about guests in the kitchen like people can’t hear them out in the dining room. They have to have one cook back in that kitchen, no way around it. Pay $13 an hour and get a couple solid cooks and get your servers in a actual uniform and you all might be onto something but otherwise my experience explained why lightbulbs were still out all over the building, corners and walls were dirty and the floors weren’t cleaned correctly in quite some time and why you’re the slowest hibachi in town on a Saturday night! Management needs to learn how to run a restaurant. If you need some help, give me a call.
