We come here every so often and decided to order a variety of dishes this time: fried rice, orange chicken, char siu bun, pork & shrimp siu mai, meat pie, seafood vegetable, mustard greens, Chinese broccoli, and honey walnut shrimp.
Overall, it was okay. The food was decent but not especially memorable. The fried rice and orange chicken were solid and flavorful. The char siu buns and siu mai were fairly standard — good texture but nothing standout. The honey walnut shrimp was enjoyable, though a bit on the sweet side. The vegetables (mustard greens and Chinese broccoli) were fresh but lightly seasoned.
It’s a convenient spot when we’re craving dim sum and Chinese comfort food, but it hasn’t really wowed us. We’ll probably continue stopping by occasionally, but more for consistency than excitement.

The best Dim Sum in Summerlin! Very friendly, relaxing and enjoyable experience. The chow mien is tasty and crispy. Veggies are fresh. The sesame balls are delicious, better than we had in Los Angeles. Will come back soon. Happy Chinese New Year!

Friendly, fast and attentive service for pickup even though it was busy in the restaurant, especially since it was Sunday lunchtime.
-Hot & Sour Soup: basic, but very hearty. They don’t skimp on the ingredients. Lots of BBQ pork, eggs, tofu, bamboo shoots and green onions. However I’ve had better. There wasn’t much depth in flavor. But at $2.95 a cup, I’m not complaining.
-Pan Fried Chive Dumpling: good. Probably better fresh at the restaurant. Kind of felt like it was missing a dipping sauce, but it didn’t come with one.
-Shrimp In Rice Noodle Roll: standard
-Sticky Rice In Lotus Leaf: delicious. Ample meat and Chinese sausage mixed in.
-Chicken With Black Bean Sauce: great flavor, massive portion size. Stir fried with onions and bell peppers in black bean sauce. Also comes with rice. Such a great deal for $10.95. Probably feeds four people.

I absolutely love dim sum. This place isn’t anything special. If you’re in the mood for dim sum, it’s a good place for it. Nothing fancy, very cafeteria-style seating, orders get lost or forgotten and items you’re instructed to order vs wait for with the carts are not always properly coordinated. They do make up for it with the food quality and taste.

The roasted duck I ordered was deep fried. You cannot deep fry, in oil, duck. It loses its taste and becomes chewy. Come on guys, you know better. How you prepare my food is how you prepare for your future. Do better on the duck. Everything else great, but bad duck isnt discounted.
