I arrived hungry and tired early in the morning, the staff there was very helpful and so kind! After getting my smoothie I was waiting to get my quesadilla, the employee behind the counter asked how my smoothie was, of course it was delicious! 🙂 I wish I knew their names, he was so nice for asking. When my quesadilla was ready the other employee came out from behind the counter and brought it to me. So nice! Food and smoothie were great! The two staff members there were very kind. Thank you for making my morning.

After placing an app order, I immediately called to add salsa in my order as there is no option to purchase salsa on the app. The lady said sure she’ll add it and the order came home without it and I had to make a special trip. My daughter was very sick at home and I had sent someone else to pick up the order. And the quesadilla taste disgusting without the salsa. When I went back to the store, The lady on the cash register told me that she’ll give it to me this time for free and I told her I don’t need it for free I’ll pay you. I insisted on paying her, she herself couldn’t find a button in the register to charge me. For all the trouble I had taken, she could not spare $.60 on her end, also their smoothies are cross contaminated. I taste other fruits when those fruits aren’t a part of their recipe. I called the store and they gave me an excuse. It’s very hard to get in touch with their customer service. You have to fill in a feedback form and they don’t even get back to you. Too bad I will have to order from another location. Even though this location for very convenient! Honestly with so many negative reviews why don’t they close this location down and open another restaurant instead, Northville deserves better eateries!

Absolutely disgusting behavior. Walked inside and was not addressed for a good 5 mins. Manager was on the phone, the other employees were doing god knows what, but not a single attempt was taken to get my order or even address that I was present. A man walked in, the young ladies that worked there immediately greeted him with a smile and a “hi, how are you?”. To add insult to injury, they proceeded to take his order before even addressing that me and my brother were there. I mean, I was obviously standing in line and waiting for my order to be taken. Obviously, I walked out because I can not even fathom spending money at such an establishment. Of course, me and my brother are black and the man that walked in, received a warm greeting, and proceeded to cut us in line was white. I am absolutely disgusted by this establishment and will never come back.

Stay away from this location! Absolutely terrible customer service. Waited 30 minutes after ordering to receive my food. The quantity of food in the wrap I ordered was very small. Most definitely NOT WORTH IT!

Amazing experience! my friend works here and I decided to stop by and get a smoothie. When I walked in, the staff were all smiley and welcoming. They were helpful and I even got to spin a wheel for a free coupon. The smoothie tasted amazing and it didn’t take long at all to receive the smoothie. Overall, if you are searching for a smoothie place in the Northville area, I highly recommend going to this location! Also, Will did a very good job cashing me out 😉

This is a great smoothie! The environment was so friendly and welcoming. For being the opening week, they did a great job! Kaitlyn was very nice and spelled my name right (which usually doesn’t happen). Overall, a great experience! I will definitely be coming back.

Never had a problem with tropical smoothie until today. My mom got nauseous within 2 hour of drinking a single spoonful detox island green; I have had a stomach ache the rest of the day. She ended up throwing up just recently, and I have been nauseous since I got it at around 4 pm today. Really disappointed, considering the smoothies are practically 8 dollars each, and bad vegetables/unwashed vegetables are very dangerous to consume. Will not be coming anytime soon.

This location is slower than others. My order was sitting on the counter for quiet awhile, unknown to me until after I asked for my order after 10 minutes of waiting and they just pulled it from the counter. Why it wasn’t in the pickup area, I’ll never know.
