Ordered a pizza on 10.13. 2024 at 7 pm. Had it delivered. When I got the pizza, the box said “a $2.00 tip is the joke. How about at least 20%”. My bad. I had cash to tip more when it arrived. The driver handed me the pizza and scurried off before I could even get the cash out to him. 50ish in age, longer brown hair, tan skin, short and stocky. I’m afraid to eat the food now. Can’t comment on the quality of the food.

Getting drivers these days can be difficult. They called to tell me there would be a delay in my delivery. The guy on the phone was extremely professional and had excellent customer service! They remade the food to ensure it was fresh when it arrived and it was great! I love Jets! If you haven’t tried them, give them a shot! I recommend the BLT deep dish with turbo sauce. P.S. Their ranch is life!

The delivery was prompt and I appreciate their online ordering option. However, having ordered delivery multiple times, the quality has been consistently below average. Poor crust (like chewing on cardboard), sparse toppings and sauce that is virtually tasteless.

Called at 9:50 for a order to pick up which would be ready around 10 maybe a few minutes past and i would be there, got turned away as he wanted to close the store. I worked for jets when i was 16-19 years old and if we got an order at 9:59 we still look the order and customers were first. Also the store made extra on that one order so we profited for the store. This was just laziness from the employee and wanting to go home. I understand that part but you take a job and should complete it fully not end it early. Not a good jets pizza experience!

The pizza was fine, but don’t ever give them your credit card number. Only allow it to be used by checking the chip on the card. I had over $300 in fraudulent charges after a pizza purchase online. I recommend a boycott of their Caledonia location.

My husband and I ordered salads and got a small pizza for our 5 yr old. It was slow, 8:45 on a weekend. Our salads came out fairly quickly but the pizza took a long time, we waited beyond what seemed reasonable and I went to inquire. They had made the pizza and instead of bringing it out to us they stuck it in the warmer. When they realized their mistake I got a half hearted explanation and no apology for leaving my 5 yr old waiting over 45 minutes for food. Mistakes happen, but they didn’t even seem to care.

In Caledonia, nice sit-down that holds maybe 30 peeps. Has a TV for people that need distraction. Nice lunch combo meal 5.90. 2 large sq thick pan pep pizza and a bottle/fountain pop. Staff was pleasant

This is the only Jet’s I’ve been to where they actually put extra cheese on the pizza when I order (and pay for) extra cheese.
Most pizza places are hit or miss where sometimes it’s good and other times they mess everything up. This particular Jet’s has thus far been perfect every time I go, even when they are short staffed.
