This place is complete carb heaven! The pastries are some of the best I’ve ever had. That buttery flaky goodness is unmatched. The quiches are really good, just perfectly seasoned. And the customer service was so helpful and friendly. I honestly can’t wait to go back here.

OMG yum! I could honestly end this review with those two words…it’s all anyone really needs to know. My son and I stopped in the other day on our way home from my brothers. It’s very clean and bright and smells delightful. The woman who helped us was very friendly. We ordered a mushroom and Swiss croissant (very good, with something mildly spicy inside), a blueberry almond croissant (also tasty, although my son attempted to just eat the filling, so I mostly just got pastry), and my personal favorite, a sugar brioche. The woman who helped us recommended a cookie god my son- she said they’re her favorite. I should have known that they’d be amazing if they were a favorite, because they were. My son is usually great at sharing but he refused to share any of it with me until he was done. And even partially squashed and chewed on it was a fantastic cookie. Even though my brother is the one lucky enough to live around the corner, at least I have him as an excuse to drop by Trompeau when we visit him!

Absolutely one of the best bakers in the Englewood and Denver areas. Maybe even the entire Denver metro area. They have so many delicious and amazing baked goods for any occasion and any meal. I personally love their croissants filled with ham and cheese and any type of bread they have. Also the cookies are fire, specifically the molasses one. I haven’t tried everything yet but I haven’t had a single thing that was not tasty yet.

I hate to do this review after coming in for years. However, today was different. I walked in this morning and the workers there weren’t friendly at all. I got my few items and as I was walking out, the guy that helped me said loudly to the other workers”she didn’t tip” then they all took turns saying “rude” as I was walking out. Like i wouldnt hear it? I honestly don’t think he did anything tip worthy. And that was extremely rude. I don’t think I’ll be back because customer service makes the place. No matter how much I love this bakery.

Trompeau Bakery is awesome, it’s one of my favorite places. Sometimes I wake up early on weekends in order to get the legendary cinnamon raisin bread. I am not a morning person in any way, shape, or form, so that’s just a testament to how good it is.

The ham sandwiches are THE SAME AS I HAD I PARIS. I drive way out of my way to get fresh rustic and regular baguettes. The staff is friendly and helpful and the establishment is clean. It is well worth the effort to try their pasties and breads. 5star+!

If this place wasn’t scrumptious, there wouldn’t be a line out the door every Saturday. They have the best croissants ever! They are sweet and savory, trust me the ham and swiss ones are crazy good and I highly recommend Amertti cookies.

I’m so pleased to have this as our neighborhood bakery and have friends who travel from the Lakewood foothills for their baguettes. Our favorite pastries here are the almond croissant, the chocolate raspberry croissant, palmier, and eclair. The guava cream croissant is also lovely. Their ficelle are perfect for snacks, lunch, and charcuterie boards, or toasted up and served with burrata. My favorite bread is their rosemary garlic and I switch between having it sliced for sandwiches or left whole for other ways to serve it.

My girlfriend, and I shared a croque-monsieur, and a Napoleon pastry. They were so good! The waitstaff were super nice, and helpful. They have a small dine in area, and a very nice patio. If your in this area, and craving delicious pastries, sandwiches, cheese, and coffee(They also have a small selection of beer, and wine) you should try Trompeau out.
