I was skeptical to try, but decided give it a shot. We were amazed @ food presentation in the combo meals: fried rice , lomein ,salmon, steak and chicken. The drinks are super delicious. I am craving to finish my leftover meals and it’s only 5:42 am as I write this review.

The food was delicious and worth the money spent for it. I suggest ordering maybe 30-40 minutes before picking up simply because the food is made to order. This will definitely avoid frustration waiting on food. The food was not over seasoned and just right.

Staff in the front was rude. The gentleman was not helpful at all. First told me that the food will take 45 minutes an hour and 20 minutes later I asked him why is it taking so long? He said he takes orders as a con meeting if someone orders online or on the phone for you They will take that order and make it. He didn’t explain that before hand and he told me it would be a 45 minute wait. Also at one point I was the only patron in the restaurant waiting yet they couldn’t make my food so I can leave. They kept creating online orders that were sitting For pick up, I asked for a refund at one point they said it was too long and that the food was almost ready. Also, at one point the gentleman that runs the front counter is talking to someone with his bare hands started touching his face and his nose, and then walk to the back of the house with the forklift. I have no idea if he was touching anything of what was going on back there, when I finally received my food and went home the food was lukewarm I couldn’t call that night to dispute the charge because I got home at 10:45. They said they close at 11 the staff in the front needs to be better with customer service especially handling customers that are waiting for the home that has overlaps the time you originally told them. Not to mention that they are pricing there food as if they were giving you a dining experience a true hibachi experience, but they’re not, but their prices are as if you are there, sitting down and eating, and being served by a waiter But you’re not, and the staff was unpleasant. not once did they apologize for any inconvenience they brought upon me.

I ordered the Habachi Salmon with half rice and noodles, and the Trap Drink. The salmon was seasoned and cooked perfectly, the noodles have a little spice to them which I enjoyed, and the rice was probably my least favorite item, the veggies . Trap Drink is good, needed more ice but that’s because I like my beverages really cold. I placed my order to go, they don’t seem to be set up for dine in. Before I placed my ordered I was warned it would take up to 45 minutes to be ready, be prepared to wait or order online. The staff was super friendly.

The food is too good. I got the steak and salmon.I got the sweet chilli sauce for salmon and extra garlic butter for steak and veggies. everything is well seasoned.i suggest ordering online an hour ahead because there’s a wait (food made fresh).

This place never disappoints the good is always flavorful and delicious. The only reason I won’t give them 5 stars is because they don’t always have all of their appetizers available and the execution of their dishes is not always consistent IE: sometime the steak is perfectly cooked sometimes it’s just overdone and rubbery

I love the food and drinks here. Always so yummy, they have lunch specials too! My favorite is the shrimp hibachi and the trap juice. The girls in the front are super sweet and make it easy to order. I will be back

I was sketchy however I’m happy I gave them a try again after they moved, the food was good great the spring rolls were yummy and hot, the wing were yummy and hot, the Oreo donuts were great the rice was cold however yummy. I sat in my car and tried everything before I drove off. The food was tasty I will come again.
